We have spacious living areas with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roomy kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, cookware & dining ware. Plus a recent upgrade to Starlink wifi! Lot is serene, beautiful, & offers privacy. It is within walking distance to the lake. Main driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, & overflow driveway has space for more. Street parking is not allowed.

Direct access to ATV/UTV and snowmobile trails! 2 bedrooms with queen size beds; 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and futon in loft. Inflatable kayak and fishing poles for use on the pond or at nearby Lake Arbutus! UTV and Jet Ski rental available on site. We do have a 4 person can-am maverick and 2 Sea Doo jet skis available. This beautiful cabin is located on the ATV and snowmobile trails and is also within walking distance to Bruce Mound Winter Sports Area for winter sports fun! Levi’s Mound is nearby, within 6 miles with some great biking trails! Lake Arbutus is just a short ATV ride away for all of your water sports fun! Bring your fishing poles! A well stocked catch and release pond is right off the back porch, with crappie, bluegill, bass, and catfish.
