The living room features a 60in HDTV. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, a keurig and many other commodities . The Outdoor area includes a grill, picnic table as well as a fire pit. No pets.

You will have space to roam surrounded by nature and a piece of the beautiful Rogue Valley. This property is wooded with its own miniature nature trail along Alder Creek so you enjoy early morning walks with the song birds. * A side note about the area; it is prone to possible power outages when it is very Hot and or windy due to wildfire possibility.
