El Tejar is a very beautiful and original oasis, a short walk from the village of Zufre. It sits in glorious countryside, with unspoilt, breathtaking views. The house itself is impressive, with plenty of grown up space, and full of interesting artefacts. Above all, it also had a well-loved family feel to it. The garden area and pool is beautifully planted and well-maintained, and there are several outdoor seating areas all of which we enjoyed. Maria was a wonderful host; she was always on hand to provide excellent advice and assistance and she went over and above to ensure we had a very special holiday. We were a party of 10, ranging from age 80 to 15 and every one of us had an amazing time. Aracena was a notable visit both for the grottos and the food [we had a glorious lunch at Puerta 20].

El alojamiento en El Rompido es excelente. Ubicado en la calle principal del pueblo, con parking público y gratuito muy cerca de la casa y del embarcadero donde tomar el barco a la flecha. La casa es preciosa, con todas las comodidades que puedes necesitar. Es muy amplia. Las camas son excelentes. Hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestros días de descanso en la zona. Recomendamos este alojamiento.

Eine sehr gepflegte Unterkunft in einem ursprünglichen und ruhigen Dorf in der Nähe von Aracena. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut zu heizen. Im Sommer kann man auch sicher den Ausblick genießen, wenn die Haustür geöffnet sein kann.

Una casa estupenda para pasar unos días de desconexión. La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos, todo perfecto y no le falta detalle. La comunicación con Miguel fue estupenda. Repetiremos sin duda.

A nossa estadia na "Finca Contrabando" em Salúncar de Guadiana foi, de modo geral, bastante agradável. O espaço em si é encantador, com arranjos exteriores muito bem cuidados e desenhados, proporcionando um ambiente relaxante. A decoração da casa também merece destaque, sendo acolhedora e de bom gosto. Contudo, há alguns pontos que poderiam ser melhorados. A exigência de uma caução foi um aspecto menos positivo, assim como a falta de arrumação na zona da cozinha. Além disso, a piscina, embora agradável, pareceu-nos um pouco pequena, especialmente considerando que deve servir hóspedes de cinco casas. No geral , foi uma experiência positiva num lugar muito bonito, e consideramos que, com pequenas melhorias, poderia ser ainda mais memorável.

Excelente estancia, apartamento muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Los anfitriones son muy amables y muy pendientes con el huésped para que no falte nada.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, al lado de la calle ancha, pero sin estar en ella. Sitio tranquilo. Terraza y piso amplio.

O apartamento é maravilhoso com tudo o que precisamos perto. local maravilhoso para passear, fazer piscina e praia. Só recomendo um ar condicionado porque é uma zona com imenso calor.

La casa es espectacular. Ya hemos repetido 3 veces y siempre es un gusto estar allí. Tony te facilita la llegada la salida y siempre necesitas alguna cosa que no esté en la casa, aunque está totalmente equipada. Es una casa preciosa, cuidada al detalle. Repetiremos siempre sin duda.

Absolutely STUNNING! Massive swimming pool! This place could easily go for more. Extremely cool and eclectic decorating inside. Gives a feel of true Spain while modern. Upstairs is steep stairs and open floor plan - wasn’t an issue just an FYI. Parking right to the door basically. Well stocked! The garden is so impressive. Use this as our wedding night stop traveling from Gibraltar to Seville. Sebastian is amazing. We messed up the combo to the lock box and he answered the call immediately and was to our rescue within 15 mins (at 10 PM!). Wish we had more time.

Excellent off season vacation. We were visiting friends in Huelva and Portugal so we decided to stay in El Rompido. The home is beautiful, we would have loved to have used the swimming pool but it was too cold. It is 30 min to Huelva and 1 hr to Faro, Portugal. The house is great for a group, upstairs is open and guests can live comfortably downstairs. We would definitely stay here again! Gate staff were very friendly as well.

Maria ha sido un anfitriona de 10!!! ha estado muy atenta en todo momento y nos ha facilitado la llegada y la salida comunicándose muy fluida y respetuosamente. El alojamiento es tal como se indica en el anuncio, todo muy limpio y con todas las comodidades necesarias y más para pasar unos días tranquilos en una cas muy intima, con amplios jardines y zonas de estar muy acogedoras, tanto dentro de la casa (con una agradable chimenea) como fuera en los sillones de las terrazas. La casa está ubicada en una zona muy tranquila del pueblo, por lo que el descanso está asegurado y a su vez, esta a tan solo un par de minutos de la zona más concurrida del pueblo. Recomiendo al 100% tanto el alojamiento como a Maria como anfitriona. Si volvemos por la zona, no dudaremos en volver al "Jardín del Botánico"

We had a great time spent in Mazagon i Maria's house as it perfectly match our needs. Its located in a quiet neighbourhood with a very quick access to a beautiful beach on the Antalntic coast (it very good for kids as this is not fully open Atlantic but kind of "behind a small penisula" or with river outlet (frankly I'm not sure how to name this geographically) which makes the water much calmer (much smaller waves) and warmer). Yet it is close to all the needed amenities (10-15min walk from the centre of Mazagon where you can find places to eat and shop). House is big, like really big, with loads fo space for larger families (we are 2+3 and it was perfect for us), a huge garden and a terrace where you can have breakfast looking at the sea. The house is very clean and well-equipped. There are few "confusing" bits, especially the fact that there are two kitchens next to each other with a setup that forces you to wander around between the two but those nuisances wont impact your stay.

We had a wonderful stay here for a family celebration! There were 12 of us - 8 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of space in this beautiful house. Huge thanks to Fatima for greeting us and for all the local advice, and to Hernan and his wife for being so friendly and for the absolutely amazing meal that they cooked for us one of the nights! The pool was lovely, very clean. The surroundings are beautiful - we watched the oranges getting more orange the week we were there, and we wandered around the area and met the local horses - all accompanied by Lucky who is the sweetest dog. Seville is not a long drive - about 25 mins, and it is uncomplicated to get there. We booked parking online in the city centre so we knew exactly where to go! We visited Seville three times during the week to see the sites. Isla Magica was good fun for a day trip for children (and adults!) It was an easy drive from Seville airport too! Overall we had an amazing time and would love to return!
