If Gina's listing had just lived up to the description, this would have been a great experience. However, not only did it live up to the description, I cannot say enough about how wonderful Gina was to communicate with. She was unbelievably responsive, caring, empathetic, flexible, accommodating, and overall was just really committed to ensuring that my stay was the best it possibly could be. The personal touch that Gina put on the experience and the way that she made me feel at home was above and beyond what I could have hoped for. An absolutely great place to stay in New York City. Reactions were quick and kind; the room was clean and had everything we needed.

The woodland suite was perfect for our weekend stay! Howard was responsive and accommodating when my plans had changed and was able to update my reservation as needed. The suite looked exactly like the pictures, and there were ample instructions on navigating the area (both for check-in and getting around the resort). The appliances were a mix of vintage for charm and modern for functionality and convenience. There was never a lack of amenities/toiletries either. The only downside, at no fault of the host, is if you happen to have noisy neighbors you'll unfortunately hear everything they do. The building itself seemed to have very thin walls, and paired with ski boots walking around it could get loud. The location though is still great for a ski-in/ski-out proximity

The location and comfort can’t be beat. We stayed at the professor’s flat for a full semester while I was teaching at Yale and it was perfect for a couple and a cat. We even had a couple of friends visit and stay over comfortably during that time. We truly lived in the place like it was our home, because it felt like it: it was cozy, and despite a smaller kitchen than we’re used to, it was well equipped, and we were able to cook a lot and even host dinner parties. It’s very conveniently located to everything in New Haven/the East Rock neighborhood & we walked everywhere. Also very convenient to the freeway. A parking spot was included in our rent as well. Remy, Hilary and Sal were always responsive and ready to take care of anything that needed attention. Remy also gave us and all the tenants extras like baked goods, and samples of her great Italian cooking on occasion (around the holidays). They also gave us fire logs for the fireplace we used our entire last month in town.

My family enjoyed our stay at Tanya’s place. The house was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. Tanya’s recommendations were helpful, and there was plenty to do in Harlem, including shopping, restaurants and a comedy club. However, we spent most of our time in downtown Manhattan, which was an easy train ride away. Great NY vacay!

We had the most fantastic time! Florence’s place was perfect. The living room was so comfortable and inviting, with everything we needed for our stay. We were very happy. There were gorgeous views of the lake.

Meghan and Dan, i cannot say enough wonderful things about your home. Perfect place to recoup from surgery. This is a pristine home. This is not an ordinary place, they took a lot of care in choosing everything. I even mentioned these are not “ curtains “ or average linen. This is true upholstery, textiles that are soft and last! The Rattan carpets Matched well with the decor. I would definitely recommend staying for any reason! I would call it a very American Cottage! Worth every penny and solitude! Thank you again

Wayne is an excellent host. Always responsive and helpful. Location is perfect for a large Ski group. Can hit both Hunter and Wyndham easily. The Pub next door is also a lot of fun. Would highly recommend.

Great host and beautiful place to stay! Everything was very organized and clean. Close to town and easily walkable distance to main strip of Old Forge. Was even greeted by some deer every morning! Would love to come back during summer to enjoy the fire pit and river in the backyard.

Amamos nossa estadia , lugar aconchegante e acolhedor , tudo conforme descrito , limpo e organizado . Só achamos que no local onde tem duas camas de solteiro poderia ser uma de casal ,pois ficou desconfortável que tínhamos que cruzar pelo quarto de cama king (suite) onde ficou um casal ,mas fora isso estava tudo maravilhoso

One of my favorite stays in recent years! This home is gorgeous. The photos don’t do it justice somehow. The kitchen is well stocked, the rooms are so thoughtfully laid out, and there are a million little luxuries throughout that elevated the weekend. Bookmarking this one for all future Kingston trips.
