We had a wonderfully relaxing week at the cottage right on the water! It was cozy and comfortable with all the amenities one needs. Our hosts were very responsive, provided a compilation of restaurants and "things to see and do" in the area - a very useful guide. We had fun exploring our surrounding areas and ate some incredible food! A fun-filled, yet relaxing time away - perfect!! We would highly recommend a stay with Cynthia and Dana! Thank you - - -

Stori was great from day 1! So accommodating and friendly. Everyone loved the house. It was homey, well stocked, and welcoming. Worth every penny to gave our entire family together.

The airbnb is indeed cozy, but just as described. As others detail, it's a great pit stop to get some rest and fuel before heading back to the trail. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The shower was quite small and the bedroom can be tight if sharing beds. No AC, but the unit does have some efficient heating units in each room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this camp.

Diwas was alert and responsive. The free breakfast at everyday joes was very good and fresh. We liked Pats Pizza downstairs and the nice bar. All workers at both places very nice and friendly. Loved how close we were to downtown, without being right in the middle of all the chaos. We loved our stay and had a great time. The Airbnb was perfect for us celebrating our anniversary.

We had an excellent stay here! The apartment was just like the pictures, and we felt right at home. There was enough space to move about, and the apartment was very clean and welcoming. Ruddy was very communicative throughout the stay. The apartment was located in such a convenient spot. I definitely recommend staying here!

For our family vacation this was perfect. The kids can sled right on the property. Jay has lights along the trail for night sledding as well. We tried ice fishing for the first time and had fun with that. Our mission was for snowmobiling though, and this is a good starting point. Ride directly from the cabin without any hassles. Jay is a fantastic host. He happened to be staying at The Boathouse (next to The Bunkhouse) for a few days for his kids' school vacation, and he could not have been any friendlier. We are already looking forward to next year. The Bunkhouse is not the fanciest cabin on the lake, nor is it intended to be. It is designed for sleeping a good crowd of people who are motivated around outdoor activities. The wood stove makes returning to the cabin that much more enjoyable. The view of the lake and mountains is hard to beat, considering the tall pines surrounding the area. Overall, this was a great experience, and we would return again without thinking about it.

We stayed with our 2 dogs for a little over a week and we had the best time! The cleanliness of the place was absolutely impeccable, the house was spacious and had everything we needed. Lots of restaurants/coffee shops nearby and the short drive to Acadia national park and Bar Harbor was super convenient. We’d absolutely come back and would recommend Dereks place to everyone.
