Ben's place is a wonderful find with a wonderful host. His home is very comfortable and spacious. The location is very close to many restaurants, PATH station and Liberty Park with ferries over to Manhattan. Yet, the neighborhood was quiet -- it was easy to get a good sleep at night. We appreciated the parking space in front, great internet for work and use of the W/D. Checking in and out was a breeze! Thanks for having us stay, Ben.

Great place to stay! Easy to navigate to get to NYC and close to the path system which was super helpful! Beautiful home and had everything we needed!

We had a fantastic stay at Cody&Angie’s place in Jersey City. It was quite spacious for NY and surroundings, perfect for our family of 5. Entering is super easy with the code provided, no hassle with keys. Everything was newly renovated and super cozy. I like the style! The beds are comfy, enough closet space available. The kitchen is very big so good to prepare your own meals, if you have enough of eating out all the time, which was the case sometimes with the kids. I loved the coffee corner! There is a small grocery store 5 min walk and a bigger one 10 min walk. Also some nice coffee places within minutes walk. To go to NY you need to catch a bus, mostly runs only every 30 minutes. We missed it once and once it was very crowded we almost didn’t fit in. It’s smart to take this into account! The bus only takes like 15-20 minutes to the big bus terminal at Times Square. Just pay by tapping debit or credit card. Overall we really enjoyed the place as a base for exploring NY!

We went on a girls trip with teenagers. This home was perfect for our group of six. So much space and the home was absolutely gorgeous. All the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms provided all the space we needed to get ready! The home was located in a great place in Hoboken and was in walking distance to all the restaurants, shopping and to the NY waterway ferry which we utilized each day to travel into New York! I loved the charm of Hoboken and the friendliness of the people we encountered! I truly would come back to this home with my family anytime! Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely clean apartment, spacious and nicely decorated. Host was very professional and attentive to customer needs, responding to communications promptly. Considering the apartment could host up to 7 adults, a few (larger) pans could be included. As Europeans, we missed having the use of an electric kettle. Nevertheless we loved the apartment and definitely would book again and highly recommend.

This apartment was absolutely perfect! Everything inside felt brand new - from the furniture to the appliances - and it was spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The location couldn’t have been better: food, groceries, and everything else you could possibly need were all within walking distance. Plus, the bus stop was just a minute away, which made getting around super convenient if you’re looking for a cheaper option than Uber. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to visit NYC & Jersey!

Wir haben uns in Christians Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Supermärkte waren zu Fuß erreichbar und mit dem Bus waren wir in 30 Minuten in Manhattan. Für eine Woche New York war die Wohnung ideal. Danke, Christian, für die schöne Zeit! Viele Grüße Carla

We had a great stay, the space is exactly as described in the descriptions. Very cozy and comfortable! My family of 3 felt right at home. The surrounding area is easy to navigate, it is a busy town with lots of people walking and biking around, but the street of the home was quiet. We have no complaints, my only recommendation is to be mindful of when you leave and come back to the apartment, as parking is extremely limited on the street of the apartment, as well as the surrounding streets. One evening around 6:30-7p we drove around for about 10 minutes trying to find parking, and ended up parking three blocks away.

Prachtige locatie, met geweldig uitzicht vanaf het terras. Host reageerde altijd snel en vriendelijk. Prima busverbinding met de stad, 30 min tijdens spits en 15-20 min buiten de spits.

Excellent location! Steps away from Washington Street where you’ll find plenty of fabulous restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Easy walk to PATH into Manhattan. Comfy beds. Everything you could possibly need included in accommodation such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, coffee/tea, towels and more. Front bedroom might be slightly noisy for light sleepers due to street location but other than that a little hidden gem in the heart of Hoboken. Fantastic responsive hosts too.

A beautiful spot with great design and attention to detail. Wonderful host too, very helpful. One note, be advised Blueberry Hill is steep coming up to the house. Manual transmission? Make sure you’re ready and good with a clutch. We loved our stay and will come back soon.

After long drives, need a nice, clean, quit, comfy place to crash. Rustic Retreat was all that and more.

A spacious house with fun games and great TVs. We really enjoyed the King bed and the bathroom was wonderful including the shower. The host was also kind enough to give me a late checkout with no fee which I really appreciated. Warwick is a great town to explore and this is a great place to stay in to do it!

Very cozy, private, clean and feellikehome spot. Beautiful house on the lake with everything you need. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to everyone who is looking forward for a little getaway from busy life. Amazing location! There are various choices for hiking, including several Appalachian trails! We went on Stairs to Heaven, that was 7 min by car from the house. The house itself immediately felt like home. Design was amazing with beautiful combination of colors, furniture and wooden walls. You can find everything you need for comfortable life there. We went to celebrate my birthday and it was the greatest experience we had with renting a house! Special thanks to the host! Immediate responses for all questions that we had! And of course lake view directly from your window. Our soul and mind had beautiful rest here. We will surely return here! ❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful, private and relaxing! May is great and their house is very much a home! The scenery is amazing so many things to explore and the running water is just the perfect background. Will def stay again!

I brought some of my college city friends that are a part of my business honors society to my hometown -Warwick. This cabin fit us all perfectly and was the perfect place to relax and unwind, while getting to know each other. We had a blast staying at this house, it was cozy and felt like we were right at home. The amenities were great as well! Clinton was also very reliable. Whenever we needed help finding something, he would answer relatively quickly. 10/10 would stay again.
