Great apartment with quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment. It has a good location, just a few steps to the beach and is equipped with functional household stuffs. The service is quality. We would definitely stay here again. Very good value for such a large apartment.

บ้านพักดีมาก กว้างขวาง บรรยากาศดีวิวดี แต่บางทีอาจจะมีคนพุกพ่านไปนิดนึง ตอนเราไปมีรถกระบะมาจอดเล้นน้ำทะเลตรงชายหาดหน้าบ้านและเปิดเครื่องเสียงในรดเสียงดังไปนิด ส่วนบ้านพักติดขัดตรงที่ห้องนอนชั้นบนไม่มีห้องน้ำเวลาจะใช้ห้องน้ำต้องเดินลงมาชั่นล่าง เตาแก๊สควนจะเป็นแก๊สบ้านไม่ใช่แก๊สกระป๋อง และสระว่ายน้ำอาจะเล็กไปนิดนึง ส่วนแม่บ้านบริการดีคะ โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าดีค่ะ

This place is an absolute gem—especially for rescue dogs like ours who really appreciate calm, truly dog-friendly spaces. There’s plenty of green space around the property for sniffing and exploring, and the nearby beach is peaceful and free of soi dogs, which was such a relief. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need. Convenience-wise, there’s a 7-11 near by, and meals are easy to order through Grab. Plus, the well-known Anchor Bar is just a 5-minute stroll down the beach. We’ll definitely be back! xx

parfait; notre séjour c est très bien déroulé machine a laver en supp à la hôtel très pratique piscine, plage, bar, transat en bas de l immeuble. appartement au 2iem et dernier étage, calme service de chambre tt les jours. bref super emplacement, parking, vue, propreté c etait super !

On se sent en sécurité le logement situé en résidence privée bénéficie d'une surveillance et un gardiennage irréprochables. Le personnel est sympathique. La maison fidèle à la description. Elle est belle, pratique et agréable La première piscine est à 100m du logement, la deuxième,plus grande en bord de mer. Une des deux chambres du haut donne sur la route, cela peut-être dérangeant pour certaines personnes. Nous y étions pour nouvel an je suppose que c'était bien plus animé que d'habitude. Les hôtes répondent rapidement, sont fort sympathiques et de très bons conseils.

This place is as advertised. Clean, comfy and in a quiet location with gated security. Beautiful accomodations and pool. Would definetly reccomend this place and this host.

We had an excellent stay! Tarit is very responsive, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and very clean, with incredible views on both sides through large windows. Since it's on the top floor, there's just one staircase to climb, and then you're on the rooftop, where there's a huge swimming pool. The view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at Chere’s place. The apartment is spacious, clean and has the most amazing view over the pool and sea! The location is very central and the complex is very well maintained! Our kids loved to play in the pool and the fact that you can easily walk to different restaurants over the beach. Would certainly recommend!

Kae was very responsive and she actually bought a grill for us when she did not need to! She made sure that we had everything we needed. She is one of the best host we had experienced through Airbnb because of her unmatched hospitality. I will stay here again if the opportunity comes up again.

Great place for large extended family vacation. Good location, huge property & pool. Ideal for families with kids! Chanat is a great host, very quick to reply and helpful. Kitchen could use a few more appliances and utensils and a bigger fridge, given the size of the property. Some maintenance is needed for drains and aircon, but managed to make it work for our stay. The chemicals used to maintain the pool made our swimsuits green, but think it will come out in the wash. Overall a great family stay!

My small family had a fantastic stay at Punjarat’s place and she was a brilliant host. Close to the beach and the pool was good for small kids. Very friendly staff in the building. Punjarat went above and beyond as a host on many occasions. Highly recommend to everyone!

Charming apartment in great location right on the beach. Use of three pools. Easy access to local restaurants and shops. Host was helpful, friendly, easy to contact and quick to respond.

the building is a bit old, but the room is very clean. No access to Netflix

I can’t recommend this apartment enough. It’s a very stylish and spacious apartment - 2 big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms both with huge power showers, so for my friend and I it was perfect and felt very roomy. The balcony was also gorgeous but it doesn’t really get the sun - so if you’re looking for shade it’s great. The best place for the sun is by any of the pools (there’s choice) or overlooking the beach which was stunning. A few steps take you onto the beach and there is kite surfing and other sports you can do as well as a small beach bar as well! The gardens are a priority for this place and are beautifully maintained every day. The staff could not be more helpful! And the lovely pictures you see do not do this place justice! While it is a 15 min taxi ride into Hua Hin - it’s 200bht (£4) each way with a local taxi driver who also charged 1700 bht to take us back to Bangkok airport. He became a friend as we arranged our following days transport with him... we spent every second evening in Hau Hin and the rest of the time we were local to the apartment. At the end of the road, Within 5- 10mins walk of the apartment there are shops, and 3-4 popular restaurants that are ridiculously cheap! There is also a laundry opposite the apartment as well as a bar and more expensive beautiful cafe (double the price of anywhere else, but still cheaper than the UK) We stayed over the new year period and it was lovely and quiet with no one else really around... The value for money was fantastic and if I were coming back to Hau Hin I’d definitely stay here!

Lovely apartment in a well cared for condominium. Pleasant balcony to sit out on and the sun beds overlooking the beach were an added bonus. Plenty of restaurants along the beach and main road within easy walking distance. Torsten was an excellent host , responding to any queries in an informative and timely manner.

Perfect location with a nice host that make our stay so memorable. Only points to mention is the pool area. Is great but for kid‘s you need to watch out because glass tiles are breaking is some areas.

Wonderful place to stay I must say. The flat has everything you need and it’s on the beach, the sunsets are fantastic as are the sunrises . The owners are really nice and the whole area is beautiful with lots of nice places to visit and eat but you will need transportation but that’s easy to organize. I will definitely stay again when I’m in the area next.

I recommend to stay in Monthicha’s apartment. The apartment has direct beach access. The compound is quiet and well located. It is a short walk to cicada market in addition to a number of cafe’s and restaurants nearby. The interior of the apartment has all requirements and is well decorated. Communication from Monthicha is excellent.

Another excellent stay at Thani’s house. Although would have loved two twin beds instead of one of the queen beds. Place was clean, everything available and amazing location. Would definitely stay again.
