We were visiting family nearby and were so pleased with this home. It was quirky and full of character. The secure garden was perfect and everything was so neat and proper. It had excellent facilities and the little touches like coffee, tea and milk were perfect. The fact that dogs are allowed was very welcoming and kind. The only thing was the main road was quite loud but just bring some ear plugs and you’ll be absolutely fine. It’s worth it for this property which has everything you could need in a very beautiful village. We would 100% return if we came back to the area.

The place was perfect for our stay. We are a group of 7 school friends from all over the UK and USA who get together at different places in England every year. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which we have never managed before! The place was spotless and in a great location - 10 minutes walk from the train station. We also appreciated the lovely garden as we had the most wonderful weather! Would highly recommend. Thanks for hosting us.

We had a fabulous stay here - perfect location for getting in and out of town, and plenty of local amenities. The host met us at the property and showed us round the home which was a big help, and they had also left some bread and milk. They had kindly left some sweeties and colouring in for the kids too! The house is beautiful and beds very comfortable. We would definitely use this Airbnb again when we come back!

Great stay over the Easter weekend, Greg is a fantastic host, allowed us to check in early and even posted a bag back to us that we had accidentally left. House plenty big enough for the 3 adults and 3 kids, big beds were very comfy but kids mattresses were quite thin and they said they were a little uncomfortable, but safe to say they managed for 3 nights! As it was Easter we understandably paid a premium and at £450 a night felt the accommodation was showing some wear and tear in places. Note it is cheaper at most other times so is still value for money. Would recommend property if staying in the area with family.

We had a lovely couple of nights in Tracey's lovely home. It beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We had comfy beds so 2 great night's sleep! The lounge was great to kick back and relax in with a glass of fizz. The neighbourhood was very quiet and peaceful. Great location- walking distance into Chester and all it's charm and great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tracey

We had a wonderful stay at Sian’s luxurious annexe. It’s a 15 minute walk to Lark Lane which has fantastic brunch spots, cafes, and shopping. Sian is a lovely and very accommodating host, and the space was super comfortable and nicely decorated. Will definitely stay again the next time we’re in Liverpool!

The flat was gorgeous, lush soft carpets, warm, bright, gorgeous decor and interesting books to peruse. Jane really has her eye in with hospitality and there were cookies and tea, a whole bottle of proper milk and orange juice. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel like a home from home. The location is quiet overlooking the Mersey river, which is tidal and turns into a beach in the morning! Its a short walk to the ferry over to Liverpool (if its running) or bus to train /taxi ride over to all the attractions. I would highly recommend this apartment and we enjoyed the quiet away from the city too. Thank you Jane!

Lovely stay at Jonathan’s place. I grew up in the area and was nice to come back and stay again. The flat was spotless, and well furnished with everything you would need for a short stay. Jonathan was super responsive to any queries we had, and was really helpful answering questions. We will definitely be back next time we are staying in the area.

We had a fabulous stay. John was a great host - very relaxed, welcoming and friendly. The apartment really was beautiful- so much space & so beautifully decorated- I loved spending 2 days pretending it was mine! Perfectly located for Lark Lane and very close to the city centre, this is a place I would certainly return to and recommend!

Allan was a lovely host. Made sure everything was perfect for us for checkin. Kept great communication as well throughout the experience. Stay was about 15 mins to anfield, which made this a perfect place to stay for the Liverpool game!

Kara’s place was lovely and we very much enjoyed our stay. -Parking was easy to find along with the lockbox key. -Kitchen was spotless. -Bedroom and bathroom was lovely and clean. -The flat was near some local pubs and restaurants within walking distance which is a lovely option to have. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was very clean, beautifully decorated, and just as shown in the photos. The location is perfect — right in the city center, with all the main sights within walking distance. It was so convenient to explore everything on foot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. Thank you for a great experience!

A most beautiful apartment in a very calm area within 20 mins walking into Liverpool centre. When we were shown around it immediately felt like home. A calm oasis in the heart of a brilliant friendly city. I would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be returning.

It's hard to start describing how good this place is, so I'll start with what matters most. The hosts, marvellous in every respect, I had an issue that was my own responsibility yet Neil responded quickly with a solution. Equipped with EVERYTHING, we had a welcome hamper, we didn't need to go shopping at all (thank you for the consideration and chocs). I usually take black pepper, the cupboard had three! Dream of a bed, place much bigger than it looks, high ceilings, lovely tasteful decor with a funky contemporary & vintage vibe. Musical references, retro furnishings mixed with every convenience you could need. It was so fresh it felt like a first stay! Guestbook kitchen fully equipped, could have cooked from scratch with oils, spices, plenty of pans etc plus eggs, bacon, bread, butter, milk, coffee etc. We actually lost each other a couple of times, it's just beautiful and Neil & Alex best hosts ever. * tip * Gabriellas cafe delivers takeaway, including scouse! Must stay Place!

such a gorgeous location, expansive views over the beach and water over to Hilbre Island. Apartment large, bright and spacious, spotless clean and well equipped. Perfect spot for my husband, son and his wife. Immediately response from host when I couldn't figure out how to turn on hotwater. up and running with their help in 5 minutes. would definitely return to this place agsin

Absolutely lovely home, and it is in such a beautiful area! The bed was comfy; the shower was amazing; and the amenities, like the washer and dryer, were perfect for our needs. Everything was so clean too! Most of all though was the balcony view; we got takeout just so we could sit and enjoy the view from the balcony — so beautiful! The host, Diane, was awesome too — she gave great recommendations, and she was very responsive and thoughtful! Our only regret was that it wasn’t in our plan to stay here longer; we’ll just have to come back another time.;)

la casa di Jonathan è esattamente come descritta nell'annuncio. Ben tenuta, ha grandi spazi dove appoggiare le proprie cose e un comodo e capiente armadio in camera. La cucina ha le stoviglie necessarie (bellissimi a mio gusto i piatti!) ed è disponile tè, zucchero e qualche altro condimento che ti aiuta appena arrivato, prima di fare la spesa. . . la casa è silenziosa, il letto comodo e la posizione sul canale molto caratteristica. Zona tranquilla, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e da tutti i principali negozi.

Location can’t be beaten - surrounded by restaurants and and bars, city shops no more than 200met away and equal distance to Lime Street station and the Docks - perfect. To top it off the unit is spotless and super comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen (not that we used it much). Ensuite bathroom a little compact but it works. Would absolutely stay again.

Spent an excellent couple of days with my 2 young children. The space was perfect for our needs. Beds comfortable and clean. The apartment was perfectly located within easy reach of central Liverpool’s fabulous museums, shops and restaurants. Natalie was a great host and communication throughout could not have been better. I’m sure we’ll be back!
