Only 2kms off the N3, we are easily accessible and very easy to find. We are a little farm, so expect a bit of ‘farm noise’ and general day-to-day goings on! Paddocks Cottage on Newstead Farm nestles in the rolling hills near Nottingham Road. Here you can find dams for boating and bass fishing, a tennis court and 25ha of indigenous forest! This rural smallholding farm with Nguni Cows and retired horses has a significant history from the 1840's and gives you the chance to experience the true peace and tranquillity of the countryside, but yet is very central to top restaurants, golf courses, wedding venues and schools. eKuthuleni Glamping: Wooden cabin over the lake

Our wooden cabin over the lake offers a cozy and comfortable stay, with stunning views over the lake and the forests around the property. Enjoy the bird life of which there are a few species. You can enjoy the tranquility, or fish from the deck, or explore the nearby attractions. The cabin is self catering, semi off-grid equipped with a gas geyser supplying hot water to the shower, and we have an ensuite septic based toilet.

Woodsong Cottage - Self Catering

The cottage is situated in The Dargle Valley bordering a forestry estate and overlooks the uMngeni River. It is nestled in the trees next to the main house on Woodsong Farm, which is a small life-style farm where you are free to explore the surroundings. Enjoy walks to the small dam with a picnic basket and bird-watch, take photos, enjoy some casual fishing and wild-swimming.
