This private guest suite is on the ground floor of my waterfront home. With views across the garden to Bruny Island and a direct path leading to a sandy beach, this is a quiet Haven. The suite includes; a large bedroom, king bed, private entrances, garden deck, contemporary bathroom, and a kitchenette. The location is the stunning South Arm Peninsula offering many coastal trails, beaches, and a key site for viewing the Aurora Australis. Easy access to Hobart (40mins) and the Airport (30ms).

The cottage is set on the riverbanks of Browns River with a very sunny aspect overlooking the Kingston Beach Golf Course with beautiful views of Mount Wellington. Our environment offers forest views to Storm Bay, D’Entrecasteaux Channel and North Bruny Island. A perfect place to chill out. We can offer you discounts for weekly or monthly bookings. A complimentary breakfast for the first morning is included to all our cherished guests. A 7kw EV charger is available on premises, please discuss the use of it with Karin.
