Five of us stayed at this home but more could certainly be accommodated. Tod was so receptive to anything that we needed. The home was in one of the best neighborhoods that we have stayed in and was beautifully decorated. We appreciated the added touches and Tod's hospitality. We certainly hope to return someday. Nicholas was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. He responded within minutes to all of my questions. The house was very well kept both inside and outside. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks and utensils for all our cooking needs. My favorite part of the kitchen was the coffee bar. There was plenty of linens and towels in each bathroom and plenty of beds to sleep in. This house was very comfortable and spacious! I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Wichita. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful home.

Beautiful place to stay. So peaceful and cozy. I would 100% go back and stay again. Lots of things to do at the Airbnb and so much space.

I have stayed here several times and never disappointed. If you’re looking for clean, convenient and friendly, this is the place! Don’t waste your time and money on the local motel.

The house was as described and pictured. Dan was responsive and friendly. The kids loved how spacious the basement area is. The owner was even so considerate to have already provided box fans for those that might need the background noise to fall asleep. The little details make a difference. Thanks, Dan!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful 3-bedroom duplex home with a garage that made it easy access into the house. Shereese was easy to communicate with, so warm and friendly and always responsive. We appreciated all the amenities and wonderful touches of home that Shereese provided; very clean and beautifully decorated. Its a nice neighborhood and we enjoyed going for walks across the street to a beautiful neighborhood park. Just a few minutes drive to the main center of Derby where we found tons of eateries and stores. And an easy drive into Wichita. We highly recommend this property to everyone (couples or families). Would highly recommend! The property was beautiful and the pictures didn’t do it justice. Lovely experience. Provided everything needed to have a night get away for me and my buddies. We truly thought the place was unique and fun to be at. Caley makes it easy to check in and check out. We felt right at home!
