We had a great stay here, Josh was really helpful with any questions that we had and kindly offered a later check-out. The house was perfect for our visit in a very good location.

We stayed at Kate’s place for one week with our four-year-old daughter who loved the house and the surroundings as much as we did. We honestly felt right at home, we knew the place already because it was our second time and again one week didn’t feel enough. Kate made lots of space for our own belongings and there were plenty of toys for our daughter to play with. The house, as I’ve said before, is tastefully decorated and overall just beautiful. Will definitely be back for a third time. Thank you, Kate!

Idyllic - best description of Kathy's place in Sussex in the south of England. Kathy was a great host and the property was amazing; both the Coach House, which was huge and boasted a wonderful kitchen and common areas. We were celebrating the arrival of our first grandbaby, bringing the whole family together (7 + infant) over Christmas and really appreciated all the nice touches, including the beautiful Christmas decorations. Make no mistake, you are in the countryside - with all the peace that comes with it (there is a lively and charming little pub a short distance); and, yet, not really all that far from London and the airports; very accessible. I could go on but Kathy's place was just a perfect retreat and we feel very blessed to have been able to stay at this beautiful property. Thank you, Kathy, to you and your family for a wonderful stay!

we stayed here for my sisters hen do and WOW we loved it. the perfect place, in an amazing location very easily accessible by bus or train to the centre. the house itself it's really spacious, a special shout out to the kitchen / dining area with its disco vibes. Emma was extremely helpful and responsive. want to stay again already!

A very homely property, beautifully presented with every facility one could want. We felt at home straight away in the comfortable surroundings and really enjoyed our time here. In a quiet neighbourhood with ample parking for 2 cars, yet within easy walk of the seafront. This is an ideal property for a relaxed and sociable family get-away. A first class experience all round

Cute space with quirky and interesting decor. It felt like we were in someone else's home, which is nice in some ways but it felt hard to spread out as there was some clutter. Parking would have been a problem - while it's free street side parking, availability is rare. We were fortunate to have a blue badge as there's a disabled space in front of property. Overall a great stay with a lovely host. This property wouldn't suit everyone but it worked ok for our needs.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Pru was very accommodating and communication was great. Her house was a lovely space and we felt right at home there. Great shower and amazing kitchen with all the amenities we needed for cooking! We had a lovely stay :)

We stayed 5 nights. The room was spacious, WiFi perfect, relaxing place, dining place, the bedding was of a very good quality. When we arrived, there was fresh baked bread, eggs, butter, coffee, tea, water. Annemarie is always willing to help. Very kind family. Don’t hesitate, go for it! We enjoyed our days!

Apartamento muy acogedor, fiel a las fotografías, limpio y ordenado, amplio y luminoso con un patio que puedes hacer barbacoas. Arlene muy buena anfitriona, contestando muy rápido a través del móvil. La temperatura del apartamento perfecta. No tiene buen acceso para personas mayores o con discapacidad por ser en la planta baja de la casa, pero es ideal para pareja con niño/s. La estación del tren para Londres muy cerca, se puede ir caminando. Bien comunicado para ir al centro de Brighton. Barrio muy tranquilo con supermercados y tiendas muy cerca. Nuestra estancia fue perfecta.

Had a lovely stay in Arundel. This apartment was in easy walking distance of the train station and the town was very close too with lots of nice walks and cafes/restaurants. The apartment was a decent size, the bed comfy and it was nice to have access to the outdoor patio and garden. Joanne was very friendly and helpful. While I was visiting the wi-fi was not the best but I was able to work for most of the time that I needed to. Would recommend!

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at The Old Cooks House. It was cosy, clean and comfortable. The beds were great and we both slept well on all nights. Jackie had left a plethora of goodies for us for breakfast and snacking and she was really helpful in guiding us to places to eat out. It was a lovely break.

We needed somewhere to stay while finding a place to live in London. The flat was excellent and well equipped for our needs. Great place to stay.

Great little hideaway in a great location with a lovely Lakeside walk, beautiful pub and a really nice local store within a five minute walk of the flat. The flat itself was beautifully decorated with all the amenities you could need. We would definitely stay here again for a outside city get away.

Very comfortable, clean, cosy apartment, very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our brief stay, communication with Julia was excellent, and we will certainly book again when we are in the area.

We absolutely loved staying at Tatiana’s penthouse, it was stunning inside and out, the photos of the penthouse are beautiful but honestly it’s even more beautiful in real life. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. It was the perfect place to be to celebrate my 40th Birthday. And Tatiana was an amazing host, thank you again for a lovely stay.

We had such a lovely time at Oak Tree. The outside area was so stunning and the inside was exactly what we wanted: cosy and rustic. The perfect place to stay if you want a quiet getaway. Alexia and James also left us a warm, freshly baked loaf of bread, some marshmallows for us to toast, chocolates and treats for us to enjoy. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely time. Would come back and will be recommending to friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at Jen and Matts. Such a beautiful and peaceful location - we did the walk to the Black Horse pub which was really nice and had a really great stay.

The Potager was perfect for our long weekend stay. Situated in a beautiful location and very peaceful. Ideal place to stay for those who like the outdoors with plenty of walking/running/cycling routes starting right outside the door. The accommodation was spotlessly clean throughout and tastefully furnished and decorated. All the amenities we needed for a weekend stay were available and in good order. Katie was welcoming and friendly throughout the weekend and gave many recommendations on places to visit or where to eat. Very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to return to the Potager (or the Coop) at some point soon.

We had the most amazing stay at the cabin! The location is absolutely stunning — tucked away on a peaceful farm, completely secluded and surrounded by nature. The cabin is super cosy and really well thought out, with loads of lovely touches like marshmallows for the fire, and plenty of logs and firelighters provided. There’s no indoor shower, but the outdoor bath more than makes up for it — the water gets really warm and it's such a relaxing experience. The area is perfect for walking and trail running, with beautiful routes right from the doorstep. There's also a great little pub about 20 minutes away on foot. Edd was a fantastic host — communication was spot on, and his instructions were clear and detailed. We absolutely loved our stay, would 100% come back, and have already recommended it to friends and family!

This is a little piece of heaven. The host has thought of everything, loose leaf tea, yogurt, fresh milk, compote, home made granola and even lemon drizzle cake on arrival. The cabin is amazing, the towels and bedding are lovely and smelled so fresh. The area is great, walks on your doorstep and nature all around. I loved making friends with the horses in the field opposite, watching them whilst cooking on an open fire and sipping wine was perfection. Lastly the BATH! Wow, room for two and outside in nature - what a treat! Thank you for a wonderful stay, highly recommended xx

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful, clean, well-kept location. The Den is situated within the family’s garden but with a little wall for privacy. Alison and her husband are so friendly, responsive particularly in sending us information prior to our arrival. The Deb was clean, smelt amazing and there were lots of supplies. Will definitely be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin over the Easter weekend. Groombridge is a lovely, tucked away area and the cabin feels very remote and peaceful. Christopher made us feel very at home and I cannot recommend the pizza more! Perfect dough recipe. Comfortable sleeping and spacious for 7. Highly recommend ⭐️
