The accommodation was fantastic and very comfortable. The big supermarket was very close, and we had a lot of cafes etc close by. It was worth the stay. Also, there are plenty of buses that take to the city centre from where one can take a short walk to the beach. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely location, near the sea, plenty of shops and cafes and on a convenient bus route into Brighton (or walkable!). We had a great stay, the flat is really comfortable and spacious and Michael was great at communicating ahead of and during our stay, thanks!

Lovely place to stay for a weekend in town. Very close to the town centre. Allocated parking space. Has everything you need to be self sufficient. Highly recommended

Great flat in perfect location. All was as described and as expected. Xavier was a great host, friendly and responsive. The flat is tasteful and stylish with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

The accommodation was ideally situation. James was very responsive with an issue we had and it was fixed the same day. In regards to the kitchen etc - all was well equipped & all rooms were very clean. The house was a little smaller than expected and the cafe downstairs advertised on the website was in-fact closed down so this should be removed perhaps However excellent weekend away

Enjoyed our stay and having a parking space outside the property was extremely useful especially as I was travelling with two children and our dog so didn't have far to walk to unload the car. Perfect location for a short walk to the beach. Need a passenger to keep an eye out for the property due to the flow of traffic other than this a very pleasant stay. We noticed the bath leaked which was highlighted to the host but overall we would definitely stay here again 😊

We had a lovely stay here with a group of friends. The apartment was beautiful and the host was extremely helpful. There was lots to do in the area with Brighton pier being within walking distance and we would absolutely recommend to anyone. Thank you! 😁

I liked the athetics and enjoyed the location. Its a short walk to the beach. I like how clean and spotless it was. It had nice heated outdoor space and I liked the fact there were speakers in every room.

Had a fantastic stay at Joanne’s amazing flat! Great location, sea views, clean, comfortable - parking and outdoor space! Joanne was responsive and friendly. Wished we could have stayed for longer!

Great place, beautiful decoration clean throughout and felt right at home. Sarah left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and breakfast for the morning plenty of condiments butter, jams etc. However my only slight reservation are the pictures of the air b&b I thought we would be on the sea front. Instead it is a short yet simple walk down to the beach.

Lovely comfortable flat and easy to find. The free parking was incredibly helpful too! The bed was very comfortable and everything was included that you could need. The pigeons were quite loud at around 4am but we just stuck some white noise on and went back to sleep ,Also...I really quite like pigeons so it wasn't a huge problem. :) Will was very helpful and communicative throughout - thank you! x

If you're ever in Brighton, this place is located in a great location. Steve's super friendly too and helpful as we were travelling with our little one and he put together the high chair ready for our stay. The accommodation is super clean, baby friendly and perfect for a weekend getaway.

A very clean apartment in a great location, spacious and homely. Lovely touch to have treats, a bed and bowls for our dog, much appreciated. Delicious treats for us too 😊Close to many lovely places to eat and drink and the beach. Super comfy bed and luxurious toiletries. A real Gem.

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

Roland and Amy's place is a real gem; a really rare find. I booked for the Easter weekend. Right from the comfirmation of my booking, to the final checkout, they went out of their way to make my stay just perfect. I was mainly in contact with Amy, Roland's partner, who was there to meet me at check-in. She was lovely, making me feel very at home and making sure I knew where everything was and how everything worked. There were so many nice touches to welcome me; including chocolate Easter eggs! This appartment isn't just an appartment, it's far more of a home. It's clear to see just how much love and time they've put in to it. Full of character, charm, bright, warm and very spacious and cosy. Amazing location, amazing home. And wonderful hosts. Lisa was so helpful and accommodating, answering all my questions promptly. The flat was perfect for what we wanted and so close to the station with lockers available for storing our luggage only a 2min walk away. We’re just sorry that it’s not available in September when we’re coming back to Brighton again. It was clean, tea and coffee making facilities were provided, bed was comfy and the shower was lovely with a really spacious cubicle. Definitely worth staying at ☺️

absolutely gorgeous apartment! even better than the pictures! was so easy to check in via the lockbox and parking outside was so useful! literally a 2min walk to the beach, a few minutes to the lanes, and like 30 seconds to lovely restaurants and shops! took our 1 year old and was absolutely spot on as not loads of cluttered ornaments for him to grab and beautiful open plan design. beautiful bay window, and gorgeous interior design! (i now want a pink kitchen🤣) fully stocked with useful amenities (cuttlery,plates,shampoo ect.) honestly never wanted to leave! would 100000% stay again! thankyou so much! 🤍

Joy is a very attentive host and replied quickly to all my queries. One thing that stood out to me was how clean the studio is !! It was very clean and very well organised and put together. Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the location too… (it’s in a pretty area!) and Joy was very kind to give us a slight extended check out due to our train times which was very kind! Thank you Joy - will be sure to come back.
