This was a perfect place to stay for our three weeks in Utrecht. Jochem’s place is bright and spacious, a lovely place to be and right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to walk the few minutes to the canal, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Jochem himself is a fabulous host - so welcoming and helpful. We really appreciated how he went out of his way to make our time there comfortable.

We really enjoyed staying at Moon and Maartens place in Utrecht. It is a beautiful, modern home in an older neighborhood that has a lot of character. It is really close to the old city center of Utrecht, but at the same time the neighborhood is nice and quiet with a lot of families. And being able to park easily was really nice as well. The area has plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and shops if you don't want to go into the city. And even though there were big road constructions going on when we were there on the big road nearby (Amsterdamsestraatweg) there are plenty of options to take a bus, train or bike into the city (or elsewhere) within a 10min walk from the home. Moon and Maarten are super responsive and really great hosts who will make you feel right at home when you are visiting!

I love this place! Great host, amazing location, all the amenities and meticulous details. But first, Utrecht itself is beautiful, a lovely place to stay and well worth a visit – and this home is close enough to the train station and city that it’s very easy to get around, however, it’s far enough away that there wasn’t any street or party noise. Back to the home – you are genuinely staying in someone’s home, just how Airbnb was meant to be! It was so well organised, personal items were packed away so we had plenty of space and everything just worked and we felt right at home, because we were. Everything was perfect and we especially loved Sophie, the other host (cat). She was adorable and friendly and we have no doubt she would have fixed any issues if we had any. Thanks for a great stay! We highly recommend it and would stay here again!

Einfach perfekt! Wer Liebe zum Detail hat, sollte diese Unterkunft buchen. Es ist sehr ruhig und einheimisch. Die Gastgeberin hat an alles gedacht: die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, im Badezimmer findet man alles was man benötigt und genug Decken sind auch vorhanden. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Casa muy confortable. Es amplia, la cocina está bien equipada (incluso con cuchillos que cortan bien). Hay todo tipo de productos de limpieza. Las camas son cómodas (cama de matrimonio de 1,80 de ancho y sofá cama de 1,60). Tiene un jardín bonito. Hay algunos juegos de mesa. La zona es muy tranquila y se pueden dar buenos paseos. A cinco minutos andando está el pueblo donde hay súper, bar/restaurante, gasolinera, panadería y heladería. Nosotros nos hemos movido en coche. Está a 30 minutos de Uttrecht, 40 de Amsterdam, 1h de La Haya, 1h a Kröller-Müller. Queda en el centro del país muy cerca de autopistas, con lo que es fácil moverse. Ojo mosquitos! Durante el día no hay, pero nos dejamos ventanas abiertas por la tarde/noche y se nos llenó la casa de mosquitos. Si se cierran a media tarde, no hay problema. Jean-Pierre es muy amable y resuelve dudas al instante. Nos avisó de cortes en las autopistas y ha preparado un manual del usuario con información muy útil para visitar el país.

Staying at Sanne's Airbnb was lovely, it's a very cozy place and everything is easy to reach by public transport or within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here and were able to explore the city as well as have some nice days in. Sanne as a host was very welcoming, friendly and pro-active and she had some nice recommendations for some places that are worth a visit. I would recommend staying here if you really want to feel like you have your own quiet little base in a bustling city like Utrecht.

Wir haben auf unserer Fahrradtour von Amsterdam nach Hause ins Ruhrgebiet eine Nacht in dem Kanalhaus von Ronnie und Monique verbracht und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage am Kanal ist wirklich toll: Alles Wichtige ist schnell zu erreichen und trotzdem war es angenehm ruhig.

We had a comfy stay at Jelle's! No complaints or displeasures, everything was quite clean and accurate to the description in the listing. Instructions for check-in was clear. Maybe would be good to provide 2 sets of keys instead of just 1. Location is 2min walk from a bus stop, easy to take a 10-15min bus ride to Centraal. Living room area in particular was very pleasant! we were worried that privacy was going to be an issue, but Jelle had blinds and privacy filters on the windows, so we felt at ease. Washing machine and dryer are easy to use too. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

It's one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed in. Mirjam was very sweet and you could tell that it's her passion to make her guests feel welcomed. She went above and beyond our expectations and we would definitely stay here again. Also I cannot not mention the excellent breakfast. It was very filling and thought out. I can't see how you can rate this place anything other that 10/10.

The apartment is an amazing found! Directly located in the Center but still quiet, spacious living room, generally suuuper clean, and best part is definitely the huge balcony with the view on the Dom. Especially on a sunny day there is really no better view in Utrecht! The pictures speak for themselves and everything is just as presented in the profile. The communication was super easy, friendly and fast. Self check in and out without problems. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting the city!

Sehr schöne, geräumige Wohnung und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Es gab nichts, was gefehlt hat! Bequeme Betten und ein tolles Bad mit allem, was benötigt wird. Die Lage ist absolut Top! Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Diederick hat innerhalb kurzer Zeit auf Fragen geantwortet, toller Gastgeber! Eine absolute Empfehlung, wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Des hôtes fort accueillant dans un environnement magnifique, entourée d'une nature constante ! L'eau des canaux apportent une douceur et beaucoup de charmes ! L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. J'ai été très heureuse de ce séjour !

We are so thankful for our time at The Happiest Place, we wish we could give a 6 Star Review! The unit is spacious and cozy, immaculately clean, and has tons of natural light. The kitchen is well -appointed and the bed is perfectly medium-firm. The apartment is centrally located in Utrecht, on a quiet street. Easy walking distance from the train station, grocery stores, restaurants, laundromat, and tourist attractions. Rob is an amazing host, very friendly and gracious, with a deep wealth of local knowledge. We stayed for multiple weeks and ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. Rob replaced the sheets and towels multiple times and did such a fantastic job making us feel at-home in the apartment. I can say without a doubt, there is nowhere better to stay in Utrecht.

This stay was the friendliest and the most charming Airbnb experience we have had! The building is an incredible experience of history, built in the 1580s and renovated by Joost and his father 16 years ago. Great detailing, furnishing, and design reflecting Utrecht in every way. And Joost was incredibly friendly, always responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location is great! Right in the heart of Utrecht, where everyone was so friendly to us throughout. The beds where comfortable, and the back bedrooms quiet. Our tweens loved the attic space for sleeping, with a window view over the square. There was noise from people in the square in the evenings but it did not bother us as all as it was not unlike the sounds in our urban neighborhood. Joost's attention to detail and design was evident throughout! When in Utrecht again, I will definitely stay here! And it super easy by train for the day to Amsterdam, Rotterdam, or the Hague. Lastly, great daylight in the living room area!

Notre séjour chez Riwfka s'est très bien passé. Le logement est très bien desservi avec la gare et les bus à proximité (2min à pied) ce qui permet d'être à Amsterdam rapidement en passant par la gare centrale de Utrech. Riwfka m'avait envoyé énormément d'explications pour le logement ce qui nous a permi un accès libre et autonome. Seul bémol, la cage d'escalier des voisins du dessus était un peu bruyante mais vivable. Merci à Riwfka.

We loved our stay in Utrecht at Frouke’s place. The location is great in a quiet neighbourhood and a short bus ride or cycle to the city centre. The place itself is so charming and was spotless! Her garden is especially lovely. Frouke was a fantastic host providing clear instructions and good recommendations for the area. Would highly recommend staying here!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Harm's place. He was so helpful and responded to me right away when I had questions. The flat is light and bright and has fun, eclectic furnishings. The balcony was nice, sunny, and sheltered and felt lovely to sit on during the afternoon. The flat is super close to the train station and is one stop away from the old town of Utrecht. I recommend staying here!

Wonderful apartment in a good location, near public transportation. Easy to get to from Driebergen-Zeist station, and easy to get to Amsterdam from there as well. Loved it!

The top floor apartment is in a wonderful location well situated in the old city of Utrecht. It is on a historical canal but peaceful as it is away from the main tourist canal and busy restaurants etc. The apartment is on the top floor of an historic town house and while separate and quiet it is part of the owners home - so you need to be respectful of this. The owners did provide plates, cutlery and dishes etc and they kindly washed these each day. There are two quite steep stairs to access the apartment so be mindful of this before booking. A lovely unique place to stay.

What better way to fall in love with the city of Utrecht than to stay in a historic wharf cellar? This super cool apartment is located super conveniently to anyone wishing to take advantage of all that Utrecht has to offer. It is a short walk to the train museum, local museums, parks and tons of shops. We had a fun time trying out a different coffee shop each morning. Jessica was a super kind host and made sure we had fresh towels and anything else we needed. Thank you Jessica!
