Our fully-furnished modern home has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, on demand water heater and so much more! It accommodates 6 guests. With a king size bed in the master, a queen in the second room, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy grilling on our Blackstone grill in the backyard. This property is a perfect location for adventure or unwinding from it all. The possibilities are endless !

The Water Gypsea

Come enjoy a little piece of Alaska paradise with Bagels on the Lake. Two single bed that can pushed together upon request. Wash room has a sink, portapotty and coleman stove to heat up water. No Shower. Two paddle boards and life jackets. You can fish so bring your poles. No Jet skis or motorized vehicles. I have a couple very friendly dogs Some road noise durning the day but peaceful at night. Quiet hrs are from 11-6 you can still enjoy the lake just be mindful of the neighbor’s. Thankyou 🌸

Located 13 miles from Wasilla makes this spot ideal as your hub to exploring Alaska. We are happy to host your pets(dogs only) pets not allowed in any beds. Excessive pet hair will be charged $50.

This is a beautiful place to kayak, fish for rainbow trout, or just enjoy the scenery. Hatcher Pass is a short drive and offers guests many hiking trails and scenic views. Driving up and over the mountain is a great start for a daytrip.
