Welcome to "Cottage in the Pines", with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, this is the perfect place for a well-deserved getaway. Enjoy an early morning breakfast on the screened-in deck and spend a relaxing evening outside by the firepit. This single level home will sleep up to 6 and is updated with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage is centrally located in beautiful Hot Springs Village. Lakes, golf courses, walking trails and scenic views offer something for everyone.

Lake front*cedar hot tub * kayak * canoe * fire pit * outdoor shower * Tesla universal charger * grill * screened in porch * We JUST custom-built this waterfront, "Treetops Hideaway on the Water" for our retirement; you get to stay here instead of us (and we are jealous.) It has a full luxury kitchen, LG frontload w/d, king beds, original art, estate furniture, and amenities. This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Royal Cabin Tiny Home

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

The Hideaway - Cozy Home in the Woods!

Retreat, relax, recharge and recreate yourself in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage which sleeps 5 to 6 (4 in the bedrooms and 1 twin blowup mattress & 1 on the sofa) and lies less than 5 minutes from lakes, hiking, tennis and golf. Step inside. From its wall of windows view nature from within. Quietly tucked within a vibrant community, what a great, private place in the woods this is! Kick back and relax in this peaceful stylish space. Nestled in the mountains of Hot Springs, Arkansas. A private cabin with a back deck overlooking the city. There will also be a continental style breakfast with homemade goodies. Enjoy a pillow-top king bed while gazing at the stars through a glass wall. Whether you’re here with your special someone or just here by yourself to relax and recharge we welcome all our guest to explore the area and take advantage of all the amenities offered.

The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

Lakefront Oasis is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Nestled in the Ouachita Mountains you will fall in love with our beautiful sunsets and just steps away from the water. This newly renovated condo boast a King bed and is right on the water's edge. Away from the hustle and bustle yet only minutes to all the attractions and beautiful downtown Hot Springs. Perfect location if you love the outdoors. So come and relax and enjoy all Lakefront Oasis has to offer.

The Cabin -Unit C @ Ravine Retreat-Walk to trails!

500 square foot Cabin, that feels secluded but is in an old neighborhood right off the main road that takes you downtown & shares the property with a separate rentable house and apartment (100 feet from the Cabin). Parking is limited and shared with other guests. Very narrow spiral staircase (2 feet). 200lb weight limit on hammock chairs. We recommend purchasing Travel Insurance, especially in the winter months. No Locals.

We have everything you need all at a great rate. Room comes with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of workspace. Large smart TV and Wi-Fi access. Disney +, Fandango, Hulu, Peacock, ESPN and Vudu accounts set up on tv. Comfort is key with super soft king sized pillow top bed and highest quality sheets & duvet. Couch folds out into queen sized bed. Centrally located, close to shopping, restaurants and lake Hamilton.
