It is walking/bicycling distance from Downtown, Fort King George, Historic square, Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge (Great for wildlife photography) Parks and Waterfront also Restaurants and Shops. You'll find everything you need inside. Open living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom and there is an available washer/dryer. Little Magnolia Farmhouse

This quaint 1960’s farmhouse sits beside a beautiful old magnolia tree. There is a complete kitchen and dining room alongside a comfortable living room with wi-if, a tv, and record player. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a half bath. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower. The den has a fireplace and pull out sleeper sofa. The highlight of this house is the large screened in porch looking out across the cow pasture.

The Farm's wide open common area makes it ideal for hosting groups, and the huge front, side, and back yards are perfect for lively kiddos. Whether you're planning a reunion, retreat, or just want to rest, this spot will treat you well! We've added a Smart TV for Movie night and a New gas grill to the outside deck! Enjoy!
