Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

Formerly the Pump House to an old manor house, it has just been transformed in to a luxury 2 bedroom holiday cottage with an additional sleeping loft. It's the perfect romantic getaway or family bolthole. Every effort has been made to maintain the original character of the building by using reclaimed and sustainably sourced materials and local craftsmen. This stunning hand-crafted cabin is the master piece of a highly talented Sussex craftsman. It is constructed using sustainable oak, chestnut and ash from the surrounding woods. It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.
