I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning lakeside Airbnb, and I couldn't recommend it more highly! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and attention to detail that made our stay unforgettable. The location is absolutely perfect—right by the lake, with breathtaking views that you can enjoy from the comfort of the cozy deck or while relaxing inside. Whether you’re an early riser who loves watching the sunrise over the water or someone who enjoys evening walks by the shore, this spot offers a serene and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The house itself is beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of comfort and style. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into every detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the plush bedding and comfortable furniture. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the whole space just feels so inviting.

Everything was perfect, we loved the house, it was so beautiful and homey. The den area was awesome, watched movies and relaxed. Beds were very comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Austin.

This was the gathering space for our family and friends as we prepped to celebrate the union of our daughter and her beau. we had family dinners, game night, serious talks😀😍and celebrated the union after it occurred. great back yard to enjoy. plenty of space for us to fit comfortably.

The home was beautiful and clean. The surrounding landscape was amazing. Very quiet and serene. Zarella (host) was excellent. She quickly responds and helped answer all my questions. It was a great house for my family and another that had a wedding 2 miles away at a beautiful venue! Thanks Zarella for sharing your lovely home!

Kimberly was so incredible to work with. She was so incredibly kind, friendly, prompt and did I mention friendly? The home was beautiful! Plenty of room for our 9 guests on this trip. Our group really enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and it was a nice surprise to see there was more seating inside the garage with games! This was a girls trip but I told my husband I want to take him to Lake Travis and I would 100% book with Kimberly again! Thanks so much Kimberly!

We had a fabulous stay at Jon & Cherry's place in the peaceful rolling hills of Austin. It was the perfect escape from the city—quiet and relaxing. Cherry was incredibly responsive and kind, but what really stood out was how immaculate the home was. We've stayed in many Airbnbs, and this might be the cleanest yet. Traveling with a toddler, we appreciated the thoughtful extras—like toys, a pack 'n play, and other kid-friendly amenities that made us feel right at home. We also loved the well-stocked coffee and tea bar—everything we needed for our morning rituals—and the screened-in outdoor living room was such a treat. Honestly, we weren’t expecting it to be just as spotless as the rest of the house, but it absolutely was. We usually stay downtown, but this peaceful retreat may have changed our minds. Two big thumbs up, Cherry—thank you (and Jon!) for a truly special stay!

This was a 10 out 10 experience. Peace and quiet, rest and relaxation, and world class hospitality all rolled up in to one when it comes to Bill and Rita’s home. Two great hosts! Can’t wait to stay at Arete Stay again in the future.

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

This was a great place to stay - it had everything we needed and the view was spectacular! It was great to come back after a long day of work and eat dinner on the balcony and just relax.

Eugene’s place is very nice! We had a great stay with no issues. Bed was comfortable and the coffee pot has a built in coffee bean grinder! Well stocked kitchen. Enough toilet paper for our two weeks there. Plenty of bath linens. There are nice neighborhoods to walk thru, but restaurants are a short drive away. Marble Falls is the nearest town and has good restaurants, gym(The Athletic Club), HEB grocery store which is great. If it had been a bit warmer we could have utilized the lake. Very nice neighbors! We had motorcycles and there is nice riding nearby. We would stay again! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. Matt's communication was A+. The private gated entrance was great. The patio outside was secluded and really nice. We found everything so nice and clean. The bed was really comfortable. Good location for us also. We plan to stay again the next time we are in town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

It was amazing to stay at Jackie's place. It was immaculate, tidy, and spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet. The place was filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Communication was great and Jackie was very responsive to any questions. The location was conveniently close to wherever we needed. I am recommending her place with both hands!

Wow! Don’t hesitate to stay here! It was such a nice condo to stay at! And your host is great! Very clean, updated, kitchen has all your needs, balcony has a sweet view and super big. We will definitely be back if we are looking to come back to lago vista! Pool/Jacuzzi was a great amenity, clean and easy to get to from the condo! Even with lake being low we had a great time on the water which is less than a 10 min drive and our host helped us out with accessing a beach area. We ate at the restaurant on site which was super convenient, they did struggle to keep up with the rush of orders the two times (slow, getting orders wrong) BUT the food wasn’t bad and the beignets were SO GOOD! Thank you for a great time!

we definitely enjoyed our stay. Super peaceful and clean. I really liked that it had two restroom. The lake is dried up so you don't get the view from the balcony but you still get to see the deer roaming the area which is nice.

Our favorite part of our stay was the view from the balcony. Dead plants were on the patio which needed tending, but everything else was wonderful. Communication was good. We loved the covered parking & all the wildlife. Overall a wonderful trip.

This condo was a great spot for our family to stay while attending a family wedding at Horseshoe Bay. The remodel of this condo as well done and the pictures describe it perfectly. I stayed in these condos every summer as a child and have great memories here, I’m glad they have kept these convenient condos up. Kevin is a great host and everything is just as described. He responds quickly to questions and helps out with other things outside of just the rental. You won’t be disappointed with this unit. Until next time…….

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

Exactly as pictured. Host was very responsive. There was an initial rebooking and she proactively found us a comparable and pleasant alternative. The area is great. As we were advised to do, I recommend buying all your groceries in Austin or along the way before you arrive. The property itself is spacious, comfortable and spotless. The deck is amazing. We grilled outside three out of four night. Really enjoyed ourselves.

This place was exactly what we were hoping for! It has an absolutely beautiful view, amazing pool, perfect location, very cozy and spotless! We definitely will be staying here again!
