This place was beautiful. We had a great stay, so peaceful. Highly recommended and would stay again.

We spent 5 awesome days at Lisa’s bach. The place was sparkling clean when we arrived. Everything matched the description and the bach had everything you needed for a family beach holiday. Lisa answered questions super quickly and was very friendly. Big bonus point that you can bring well behaved dogs. We will be back :)

Great, relaxed little place just 5 mins walk from the beach and across the road from the delicious baked delights of the local 4 square. Comfy beds, very well stocked kitchen and a huge fenced back yard. We'd definitely go back!

Second time staying at John’s home. Again, was great to get out of Palmerston North town and relax in a place that is not crowded with neighbours and very little to no traffic noise. Homely grounds loaded with colourful plantings and fruit trees. Nearby cafe and supermarket for convenience.

absolutely stunning property everything you would imagine a homestead to be, it was really grand inside put also warm and very comfortable. we have two children so it was nice to relax and let them enjoy the space. pool was great we had some fun imagine the summer months to be even better. Such a great place to stay, perfect for our group. Lots of space, both as a large group but also breakout areas. Outdoors is stunning, great to wander around in the sun and fresh air, very quiet and peaceful - our dogs love it!! Well equipped throughout, kitchen had all the staples and plenty of serving ware for group meals, bedrooms were all fabulously set out, plenty of extra bedding and towels if needed. Lots of games to have fun with, plus the pool and tennis court. We had a blast, thank you for having us!!

myself and grandchildren loved Cecile's place..homely and has everything our lil family needed even the extras of brekky stuff, spreads, bread, milk ..truly appreciated when showing up with X4 young children ..We had a dip in pool abit cool at this time of year but refreshing ..

I really appreciated our short stay. The kitchen had a range of equipment I could cook with. Easy to clean up in every room. Great layout and my family really liked it. I would recommend this place. Right from the start we had good communications and a friendly welcome. Beautiful position and views and quiet and tranquil. Was a restful and peaceful 4 days. We were welcomed by Donna as we drove up to the house and she walked us to our rooms and explained everything to us showing us around the flat. There was fresh milk in the fridge along with chocolates and fruit from the garden. Dean was friendly and helpful, and we had several long conversations over the weekend about the property and the Kapiti Coast in general. The purpose of our stay was to relax but also visit the area with a view to moving to the Kapiti area, all our expectations were fulfilled, friendly people, lovely beaches and scenery and great weather. We had a great stay at Nicole's cottage -- lovely and peaceful, and a great place to chill out. Natasha really enjoyed feeding the sheep, and the dogs were always keen for pats! Greytown is only a short drive away, and very easy to access.

The place is totally beautiful and suitable for a nice getaway from a busy city life. It’s peaceful and plenty of outdoor chilling area. The interior is tastefully decorated with personal touches. And Dale is so lovely to communicate throughout and understanding of our sudden change of situation. It’s hard to find such lovely hosts in Airbnb sometimes, so we are lucky to have met her!

We had a great Stay at Waikawa, location and accommodation suited our family very well. The games provided in the garage got lots of use, pool table and table tennis. Dogs made the most of the large grounds and peaceful sorroundinds. . Very comfortable for all. Helped that we had perfect weather for a great family break away.

This is the quintessential Kiwi bach with a bonus trampoline for the kids and a volleyball net for everyone! We enjoyed the generous outside living space, and there is a covered outside deck for our family dog to stay. The home had everything we needed, was very clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. Great location, only a 2-minute drive to the beach, and to the forest for walking and biking tracks. Supermarket is about an 8-minute drive into Foxton.

Fab wee bach, perfect for a get away to the beach. Great kitchen with everything you need, lots of different areas to chill. 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Lewis Farm is a great place nearby for strawberries, coffee etc. Log fire is a bonus. Dog friendly and fully fenced, our pup loved it!

What a beautiful peaceful setting. The lack of wifi and internet connection added to the restfulness. The spa pool was such a treat in the evenings. The outdoor shower provided a warm shower and was a unique experience. An absolutely lovely getaway, very closely situated to Palmerston North. Would absolutely recommend of you want a bit of an off-grid experience!

Fantastic place to stay! The house was super clean and tidy, comfy beds, and everything you needed in the kitchen. Great communication and instructions. The location was perfect with the forest & beach so close. Huge bonus having a fenced section & being able to take our dogs. Highly recommend Hamish’s place.

Great stay in Tokomaru! Communication with Marie was super easy, and the home was modern, clean, and well-equipped. The quiet, dog-friendly stay was a bonus, and it’s less than 30 minutes to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely little getaway. It was nice sitting out on the deck enjoying some food and drink. Very easy to find and get to. Would recommend
