Located at the end of a private drive, the Pump House is a home away from home.

We provide a single sofa bed which can be converted into a single bed on request. Check-in: self check in with the lockbox located on the right side of the wall once you enter the side gate.

Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.
