Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

Der kleine Sitzplatz ist zur alleinigen Benutzung. Das Studio liegt zentral in der Stadt. In Sichtweite zum Studio befindet sich die Bahnlinie. Die Züge fahren langsam, sind aber hörbar. Ab Mitternacht fahren keine Züge mehr und die Nachtruhe ist gewährleistet.

Das Haus wurde 2020 komplett renoviert und offeriert drei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Boxspringbetten, 2 Bäder, 1 voll ausgestattete Küche und 1 Wohn- und Esszimmer. Der Garten bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Zürichsee. Im Garten befindet sich ein Gemüsebeet und ein Hühnerstall (ohne Hahn!). Mindestaufenthalt: 2 Nächte
