Simple but cosy room at the side of the house, you will need to go out side to get to the indoor facilities approx 4 feet but there is a sink in the room. Very private/quiet room with own entrance. Radiator, desk, chair, single bed with fresh bedding and a smart TV. There is also a kettle for a cup of tea in the morning. There is a fan and electric heater in the room along with a radiator. Towels and dressing gown is provided for your comfort, to walk to and from the shower room.

Hello & welcome to our home! We offer one double bedroom to with a shared bathroom as well as other shared amenities such as kitchen / dining room and lounge. This location is great for the MOD, UWE, Southmead Hosp. and Airbus which are all within walking distance. It also offers access to Bristol City Centre (2 miles away) either by bus from Filton Avenue or Train from Filton Abbeywood both of which are around a 6 min walk to the nearest stop!
