The cottage has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and sleeps up to 3 comfortably. The ground floor has a large lounge with smart TV and access to a rear courtyard through a dining room. Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

The Folly

Join us at The Folly your cosy woodland retreat, complete with log burner and central heating. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Pleasurewood Hills is also only a short walk away. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of an Owl as you fall asleep. Please note that during the season, you can hear Pleasurewood Hills between 9am to 5pm.
