This is the perfect place if you're looking for a pleasant, semi rural location for a medium short or even a long stay. Alieh is the perfect host and the flat itself has everything you need. We were 2 Brits coming to OZ for a year and needed somewhere to stay for a month while finding out feet. This worked beautifully for us. The location is slightly out of the way which for us was fine as we could come back to our haven after job hunting and football training. Alieh was brilliant to deal with and took us under her wing. Thanks to lovely Rebecca for a wonderful stay. Our family of four spent three great weeks here and the location and house itself was unbeatable. So much thought was placed into each room; from cutlery and toys for the kids to ample towels as well as beach towels! Kitchen is extremely well equipped and there was even a brand new BBQ. We had one tiny concern that Rebecca immediately assisted us with and for that, we appreciated her prompt help. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

Saeed's property was as described. Inside the house, there was ample space to relax and unwind. The house was clean and tidy and the BBQ was prepped and ready for use. The pool area was also clean and easy to access. The internal central heating worked really quickly when the night became cold. The house was set up with a swing, hammock, fooseball table as well as a few other games. Saeed was a helpful and responsive host, willing to accommodate us. I would mention that it is one large house on the property, separating guests from Saeed's family by an internal locked door (so noise could be heard from the other side of the door). The pool can also be seen from the entire house, so if you wanted privacy, this is probably not the accommodation for you.

Thank you Anna for sharing your interesting, fabulous, , iconic home. It was very large and comfortable with extensive crockery, cutlery and glassware, bed linen and towels. Exceptionally well equipped. We loved living in the 70’s and the beautiful outdoor area and pool was a bonus. My UK visiting cousins and I had a very relaxed and enjoyable time together in this lovely home and the area is great for the beach and the many Sandy cafes and restaurants, and of course the station.

The photos of this place don't do it justice. It's really lovely and decorated so tastefully. The check in instructions were clear and easy, and our hosts were lovely and kind. An easy walk to the general store and pub, breakfast out on the deck, excellent and easy to use technology, and a really peaceful and lovely stay. Thank you for having us!

The landlord renovated the house and introduced the measures. I was very satisfied with the house. It was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

This place exceeded my expectations. A very well appointed home; spacious and cosy at the same time. There’s some building work going in the adjacent property, but that stops by around 3pm and this place is so well insulated that you barely notice. John was a fantastic host — always friendly and responsive. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Our 2 month stay was really great experience. Sharon is very responsible and has a lot of good advice on places to visit. The house is clean and the garden is lovely. It's fully equipped, which makes life much easier. The only inconvenient is the noise of the traffic in front of the house, especially in the front bedroom, as we were not used to city environments.

The noise and inconvenience of the massive building operation across the road. Otherwise it was comfortable and suited our needs to be near our relatives for the special occasion

Matt was extremely welcoming and gave clear instructions of how to check-in and check-out. The venue is absolutely stunning especially at night when all the lights come on; it makes the grafitti look BEAUTIFUL and it’s great for photos! Would definitely recommend this place if you want to throw a party with friends and family without worrying about noise restrictions. Hope to see Matt again sometime in the future!

Loved our family stay at Frankie and Gills in Kew! A beautiful home with lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay very easy. A great space for kids with plenty of beds to choose from and toys to play with. Easy walks to playgrounds/parks and an easy drive/uber to the Fairfield boathouse where we attended a family wedding during our stay.

We absolutely loved our girls weekend. The house was perfect and the interior design and styling was gorgeous. I am already thinking about booking a week with my family in the house.

The house is as described, no problems at all. We needed a temporary place to stay when we had to vacate our house for a couple of days. Great house for dog owners as it was fully fenced all around. Next time I will ask for an extra key a just the one key was hard to manage but otherwise, exactly what we needed. Thanks

Great location, close to Tram and Acland St. It was perfect for hosting 2 kids and my parents, everyone had their place. Kitchen was very welcoming.

1ヶ月半ほど滞在しましたが、建物はトラム乗り場のすぐ横で中心部へのアクセスが良く、価格はリーズナブルです。共用部分は定期的に清掃してくれます。ホストのコミュニケーションは的確で、問題が発生した際に迅速に対応してくれました。

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Steve's place! The unit was impeccably clean and well-organized, providing a comfortable retreat. The quiet location was a bonus, and being close to the beach was perfect for our getaway. We highly recommend this spot and look forward to returning in the future!
