My family & I have been vacationing at Larry’s Historic Arcade for the past 7+ years. It is in the most perfect spot located right on Circuit Ave in the heart of Oak Bluffs. There are many stores and restaurants located on this road and it’s super convenient to have a market right across the street for any last minute essentials. We always rent the third floor apartment. It is very spacious and has a full size bed, a loft with 2 twin size beds and a pull out couch. It also has 2 decks. One over looking circuit ave and one on the other side with a grill. The house has WiFi, 2 mini splits (for ac or heat) a tv and a full kitchen. I highly recommend booking Larry’s Historic Arcade. It has everything you need and more. Thank you Larry for providing the perfect vacation spot for me and my family. We are already looking forward to next year!

Eric was a great hostess. He was able to answer any questions we had and in a timely manner. Check in instuctions were easy to follow. The house was cute and cozy and clean. All amenities were avaliable to you, you only need to bring the necessities and food. Met a few of the neighbors who were very friendly. Any family looking to stay in the area would not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful spring break at the “Falmouth Local”! Anika’s house was spotless, comfortable, spacious for our young family of 4 plus a grandparent. Instructions and local suggestions were all crystal clear; I think we only had one question throughout our week-long stay. The town - with LOTS to do - was so close. The bike path is just across the street and was perfect for morning runs, kids on scooters, etc. Highly recommend a springtime visit!

Stayed here with a few of my friends for a wedding and the place was perfect! Really close to the Barker House wedding venue, walkable to downtown Scituate. Beds were very comfy and the place was very clean. Overall, a great stay!

Our stay at this lovely Scituate Coastal Retreat was fabulous. The house was immaculately clean and the decor was perfection. The common areas were cozy, but spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with any tools/utensils we needed. Beds were comfortable and our party of 4 adults had plenty of room. The hosts left great suggestions for local dining and the house was only a 2 min drive (15min walk) to downtown Front St restaurants and shopping. Host Andrew was very responsive and wonderfully accommodating, allowing for a later check-out when requested. We were staying in the Winter, so perhsps check out time may not be as flexible in the warmer months. Check-in & check-out was a breeze! We hope to rent this property again. Thank you Andrew & Madeline!

Minh took the time to decorate for the holidays. She was very responsive. Her place was Spotless! There were plenty of places to relax.

A great house with plenty of room for everyone. The house was great and had everything we needed along with some thoughtful things a family may not want to travel with like baby items. The 2 living room areas were great to keep both adults and kids content. The hot tub was a great added bonus. A short drive to downtown area but nice and quiet neighborhood.
