Directly on the lake, we face south w/plenty of sun. The 50' of sandy beach and dock are perfect compliments to the crystal clear water, Escape to The Abeling. Water levels fluctuate, especially in Spring and Early Summer. There may be no beach because of high-water levels. Please remember, Sacandaga is a reservoir.
