No air conditioning but a summer sea breeze keeps the house a moderate temperature. The house accommodates 4 adults comfortably. The Master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two King single beds. For families an extra divan bed in the study means we can accommodate 3 children. A modern bathroom with a separate shower and bath. The washing machine also located in the bathroom with outdoor line for drying or a drying rack. Off street parking with easy access to the house. This home includes internet wireless and wifi.

Our cottage is just the right mix of rustic and comfort with wonderful mountain views across an expansive valley. It is designed to give that "home away from home" feeling. Enjoy this charming setting, watch the sunsets from the lounge or patio or enjoy a relax in the old bath under the stars. The Barn has two bedrooms and caters for up to 6-7 people The property is located close to safe sandy beaches at Rabbit Island (20 min drive and Kaiteriteri (30 min). Children are welcome and will enjoy the country experience of our farmyard animals, including our kune kune pig, Dudley and two characterful alpacas, Percy and Colin.
