We loved the house and how Jesse kept it. It worked very good for our 5 guests. We very much liked how roomy the place was compared to other places we have stayed in Perryton.

What a gem! it was like everything that is often missing from other Airbnbs showed up in this one!! The house was clean, quiet, well stocked with not just snacks but even some frozen food options. There were extra personal items in the bathroom, very much appreciated. Perfect stop after a long day of driving!

The Loft House

We had a nice stay at our tiny home cabin at Jacob’s RV park. We had plenty of room to stretch out and have a retreat as we traveled through the area. Jacob was friendly, helpful and responsive. We are birdwatchers and enjoyed watching the birds as they arrived to their summer grounds on the prairie both at the cabin and in the area. For those who love wildlife, I highly recommend a visit to the Optima Dam nearby. At the cabin, we enjoyed high speed internet when we were working and/or enjoying down time. Thank you for the hospitality, Jacob!

My family and I enjoyed staying at Kelli's AirBnB. My sister and I are both from the area and loved how Kelli displayed the area's history and truly showed all the beauty and hospitality western OK has to offer! Definitely a great place to stay for families (4 adults, a four year old, and a baby with room to spare!)

Cozy farm scale house turned guest house

A nice little place for a quick 1 night stay. The beds were VERY soft and comfortable! It was a bit odd that the bathroom didn't have a sink, but there was a sink available outside the bathroom door right there in the kitchen area. This place suited our needs and was clean and comfortable. I would recommend.

Grandma’s House (Pet friendly if approved by Host)

Grandma's house is a walk back in history with all of the amenities you want today. Large kitchen, dining room and plenty of bedrooms for a large family. Nice fenced back yard and was a very quiet neighborhood. Such a gem in a small town. Definitely worth stopping.

WOW!!! We had never stayed in a Bed & Breakfast before and let me tell ya, it was such a wonderful experience!! Everything was absolutely perfect! We stayed in the Floyd Room and it was so nice & cozy. The bed was comfortable with nice linens, bathroom was big and very clean. In fact the whole home/property was very nice, and had a nice area for our dog. Breakfast was delicious, you could tell it was made with all their heart. Last but not least….the hosts….they were so friendly & nice, very accommodating. You can tell they love doing what they do. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Blast from the Past Home!

This is just like going to visit at Grandma’s house. Everything is vintage and working. We spent a lot of time just looking at things in the house. There are just tons of antiques and quaint memorabilia. It was homey, comfortable, and just what we needed for our weekend in Elkhart.

Excellent facility and extremely well appointed! Was a very pleasing surprise for that little community! Had no idea that something like that was available in that area. So glad that I went to the trouble to research that part of the Texas panhandle,! I hope to be able to visit there again sometime.
