What a wonderful place to get away with a family or friends. There is plenty of space to spread out for quiet time. but areas large enough to accommodate a nice size group. The setting is amazing and we enjoyed exploring all of these terraces and nooks. The house is very cozy and updated with lots of charm. The exterior space was very enjoyable with a nice size swimming pool (with a sun ledge) and a large hot tub. And the boat dock is spacious and a great spot to catch the sunset. The property overall was very nice and we would recommend Ginger's beautiful place for a weekend away or a long term stay. The town of Granbury is close by and we enjoyed walking around the town square and our choices of restaurants. Overall, we give our stay 5 stars!!!!!

We visited for the total solar eclipse as the property was in the path of totality. The property was exactly as described. The "master suite" part of the property was nice having its own entrance/exit from the other two bedrooms. We took my sister and two nephews with us. Our 4-year old nephew loved having his own big room and bathroom. A pack and play was provided for the youngest nephew - which was appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked and the washer/dryer was a nice addition. The swimming pool was also nice. There is an outdoor area to BBQ, however, its a community item so if someone else was using it you were unable. We changed our menu plans so it wouldn't be an issue for us. The river walk was also nice for our dogs. The property is kept up very nice, the landscaping is beautiful and the doggy stations along the perimeter are appreciated. We would definitely visit here again.

Twin Canyons is a beautiful slice of what the northern edge of Texas Hill Country has to offer. Beautiful views, surprising changes in elevation, challenging hikes and excellent trails. Longhorn cattle abound. Small bass fishing in stock ponds. Easy access to Granbury and Glen Rose and all the Brazos/Paluxy and all author “John Graves” territory has to offer. Super family and corporate event friendly. Newly finished, pristine cottages with well stocked kitchens and every amenity lend themselves to a perfect family reunion or corporate event! We were only here for a couple’s weekend getaway, and it was perfect for that, too. Thankful these owners allow us “regular folk” to come and see. Twin Canyons is a real Texas working ranch who allows family and friends experience what they are all about. Strongly recommend!

This home was all that and then some! If i could give more stars i would! From communication to check out everything was top notch! Beautiful home, property and all the little extras to make you feel like you’re at home! Beautiful property, pool and so much room! This house is gorgeous-thank you Brandy for sharing your beautiful home!!!! Highly recommend- you will not be disappointed!

What a comfortable cozy place to stay for the weekend. It was perfect for my son and me while visiting family nearby. We do wish the grass had been mowed so we could have enjoyed the outdoor space a bit but overall we loved it and would absolutely stay again.
