Highly recommend this spot! Great location that is very walkable to coffee, great views, and beaches. It was also a short drive to a lot of the places we wanted to explore. The space is exactly what we needed for our stay as we were mostly outside exploring and just needed a place to sleep. We also loved the beach chairs and the snorkeling supplies he provided.

Great stay right on the water. Microwave, fridge, and toaster were nice. The Marketplace and restaurants were good and there is a walking/bike path that goes along the coast and you can access it right outside the unit.

Cathy’s place was awesome! Literally the most gorgeous view of the ocean right from your room. Open the glass sliding door and feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves crashing on the shore. You’re only steps to the beach and it’s like a private beach to yourself and the other guest only. You have a full pool and hot tub just steps away with a tiki bar right by it ! Majestic place, 10/10 recommend!

We have been to hotels, resorts, and condos all over the world, and this is one of my absolute favorites. The check in process with the host was smooth, the bar and restaurant on the grounds had absolutely delicious food and drinks, yoga on be beach is available, the spa was wonderful, and the hosts provided some great information on the island. We will absolutely come here again. If you go, check out street burger and book a helicopter tour with moana loa.

Leo was a great host and the room was great to be able to go back and just rest when I wasn't out and about. He was even kind enough to let me store my luggage at his place after I checked out since I had the whole day before needing to go to the aiport.

Great location with walking paths, short walk to an ocean view mini-park and beach access through the Princeville resort (all beaches are public in Hawaii) and great beach amenities (folding chairs, towels, boogie board, etc.). Had a great time exploring the north part of Kauai.

We had a great stay at Rick’s Airbnb. The location and value were perfect. The kitchen and bathroom could use a deeper cleaning. The bedrooms were all comfortable but the upstairs gets very hot. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone seeking a good value and location.

This unit in KoOlina was beautiful and very well appointed with everything you could need. It was perfect for our family, beautiful view, and the Beach Villas are a much more chill environment compared to the other hotels in the area with access to pretty much its own lagoon. The only thing to be mindful of is that we found the oven and stove to be extremely slow to heat up so if you have big plans to cook you are better off on the shared BBQ or air fryer in the kitchen. It wasn’t a big inconvenience for us but it did make us less motivated to use the kitchen even though it was very well equipped. The unit was spacious and the grounds and pools were very well kept. You can tell this is a high quality place.

Nick and DeAnna’s place is nicely decorated, has a good amount of space and perfect for what we needed. The condo unit is in a great location in Waikiki, a block from the beach and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The condo has lovely views of the ocean and the mountains from the lanai. Owner’s responded quickly and helped resolve a WiFi issue I had. There is elevator movement noises coming through the walls, I brought my white noise machine which helped. Love that parking was included. I would stay here again.
