We had a great stay at this apartment. The view was absolutely stunning straight to the Swan lake. The place was clean, comfortable, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed which made us felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

This is my first time in Vietnam and was looking for a nice place to enjoy my solitude while working online and exploring the beautiful country. Booking for Nem's place is one of the best decision in this trip. I stayed for 71 days without any untoward challenges. All electronics are working properly. The washing machine comes with a dryer that made my life easy. The cozy place is perfect for single/double occupants. Overlooking the city. Quite neighborhood. Additional great thing is it is near to almost all that you need. Down the building, within walking distance you can find a pharmacy, stores, mini groceries, lots of coffee shops, laundry shop, pet shop, lots of different restaurants, lots of spa and massage, ATMs, children's place, parks, and many more. Within the building there's a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and fitness workshops too. With all these, the area is not crowded. Lastly, Trang and her family is very kind and accommodating. Book the place and thank me later.

I had an amazing stay at the studio on the 39th floor. The room was spotless, stylish, and offered stunning views from such a high vantage point. The location was perfect. The host was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
