Benham Schoolhouse

Take a quiet vacation at this fully renovated historical schoolhouse built in the 1800's. It offers an open floorplan with a loft area where the four twin beds are located *can be made more private by closing the barn doors. There is two full bathrooms, a large kitchen area, living space, dining space, and an open area we can set up to be used for craft activities or other activities upon request. It also has a Halo air purification system, stopping virus particles to travel through the HVAC.

Serenity on School Lake is your own little paradise! This cozy country cottage sits on it's own private lake (approx 200 yards from the home) with lots of wildlife. Watch the geese land and deer drink from the lake all while sitting on the walk out deck. Ranch style home with 2 BRs + 1 full bath upstairs with a partially finished 3rd BR and 3/4 bath downstairs. Welcome to Rosie's Loft, a two-bedroom second floor apartment in downtown Historic Marshall. Our charming loft has three floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed brick walls, decorative tile in the full bath, and hints of the original ceilings throughout. It's comfortable, with oversized furniture and modern touches. The original staircase entrance is worth the climb to this cozy space. Walk to local boutiques, pubs, and restaurants. As you turn off the main road into our cabin's driveway, you will begin to understand why this is our hidden gem. Enjoy the coziness of a wood-stove in the winter or a crackling fire in seclusion in the summer- this little getaway cabin is sure to create fond memories. Maybe you will hear the horned owl at night or see an eagle while you kayak. Your adventure or a peaceful vacation awaits.

An entire older home nestled in a historic district with a beautiful view, quiet and private. Cozy for two, spacious for six. A lush backyard invites a rest on the deck. There are three upstairs bedrooms (two queen, one king) and full bath and a second full bath in the basement. A 4-block walk to a vibrant main street with lots of restaurants. The main floor has full kitchen, internet, living and dining rooms with a beautiful sunroom. There is no bed or bath on the main floor.

Coldwater Lake Waterfront Cabin - Boat for Rent

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful waterfront lakehouse, with walk-in, sandy beach lake access. Boat available to rent, and space available for your boats. Spacious yard with plenty of parking. Coldwater Lake is over 1,600 acres of all-sports fun on desirable South Chain of Lakes in Coldwater, MI. The chain is 17 miles, traversable via pontoon or speedboat! The Cabin includes 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Outpost Treehouse

The lookout inspired Outpost Treehouse (not actually attached to a tree) sits in a white pine forest in the middle of a 50 acre active farm. The 15 hand crafted windows allow for great views watching out for Michigan wildlife--White tail deer, turkeys, owls, coyote have all been spotted from the elevated wrap around deck. The biggest regret that guests have noted is “we wish we would have stayed longer”!
