Der Blick auf den See ist bei jedem Wetter etwas Besonderes. Das Grundstück hat einen grosszügigen Umschwung und dadurch viel Grün. Das Holzhaus wurde 1934 als Sommerhaus erbaut. Es wurde im Jahr 2021 isoliert und modernisiert.
