It’s the perfect place for a cozy winter break, Perfect for couples, or for a family to enjoy a tranquil break on the on the Isle of Purbeck. Full of original character, the 145-year-old cottage has been renovated and extended into a wonderful home.

There is a bus stop and 2 local shops a short walk away, and Wareham train station is within 1 mile. Wareham forest, with bike tracks/walking trails is accessed at the end of the road.

A fully enclosed garden has a table, chairs and BBQ for alfresco dining. The spacious bedroom, with king size bed and single bed, is complemented by a luxurious en-suite shower room . Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

The Garden Room is a cosy and welcoming private place to stay perfect for getaways. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the coast, it is scrupulously clean & is tastefully decorated with a pretty view from the south facing window. Tea/coffee making facilities, a light breakfast of pastry, fruit & yogurt is available in the room. You will feel very comfortable in a stylish space in lovely surroundings. Also use of a pretty patio, parking space & fridge.
