10/10 stay. I visited Miami for my birthday and loved every minute of my stay. The view is breathtaking and the Airbnb is located in a convenient area with lots of food nearby and right on the beach. Definitely will be back soon to visit again. Also the bed and pillows were very comfortable! Thanks again!

View, view, view! The view of the ocean all throughout the dining room, living room and balcony is spectacular! The hotel building is nice. The Italian restaurant, Casa Calabria, in the hotel lobby is amazing. Samantha was super friendly and accommodating- she allowed us to have a later check out for a fee. She lives in the building, so she’s right there if you need anything. The penthouse is very large - with two bedrooms- one with two beds for our children and the other with one bed for us - each with their own updated bathrooms. The rest could use some updating- but that didn’t take away from the incredible view and wonderful host. Thank you, Samantha, for everything! Even our small dog loved it!

The place was beautiful and very clean and comfortable, views breathtaking, very peaceful pools, front desk friendly, very easy to get to and check in. Lots of shops around and the beach access was great! We always found a place at the beach to chill as well. We can’t wait to be back again!!!! Great for our family of 5!!!

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is thoughtfully minimal, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The natural light throughout the space is fantastic, and the corner balcony on the 12th floor offers gorgeous views of Miami—such a blessing to wake up to! The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with great amenities that made my stay very enjoyable. The unit shares a private hallway with one other tenant, which likely helps to keep the price reasonable. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here and I would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay!! The place is super clean and we loved having a full kitchen to make breakfast every morning. The pools were so nice and quiet and we utilized the beach chairs most days on the beach! Very walkable either using the boardwalk or you can get to restaurants on the roads as well. This was a perfect stay!

Great for our family of five! The host provided a crib and high chair for the baby. Our other kids slept on the pull-out couch. We felt very safe with the key card access and locked Gates and doors.

Michael is a great Host!!!! Very helpful and with quick answers. His place was exactly as shown and descibed. Extremely clean and great appliances. We had a wonderful time!!!

Nice place, well located to beach and eating. Nice warm pool and everything clean. A tiny bit noisy due to proximity to road, but manageable and a trade off for the location. We'd stay again.

Très bel appartement juste à coter de la plage , dommage que la piscine soit sur le toit voisins , sinon rien à redire ! Quartier très vivant durant la MMW :)

The apartment looked to be very new. There is a spectacular view from every room (which is better than on the photos). You can see the skyline of Downtown Miami and the ocean. The furniture/interior design is very nice with black and white hues. The bathroom was clean and stacked with everything needed (enough towels, tissues, shampoo, conditioner etc. All the main kitchen appliances were there. Michael provided dishwasher & laundry taps, which was very convenient. There was also coffee, oil, salt and pepper. The balcony is very nice and has two lounge chairs and a sofa to chill out and watch the ocean. The valet parking worked very good, the people in charge there were very nice and fast. Michael was very proactive in providing all the information needed and replied very fast. All in all it was a great experience and we enjoyed it a lot!

Our room was perfect for the two of us. Located within walking distance (steps) to the beach and boardwalk. Restaurants are also within walking distance along the boardwalk. We cooked most of our meals in our room and enjoyed them on the shared patio just outside our room. The onsite office staff were very helpful during our stay and provided everything we needed to make this a great vacation.

Kam was very generous, helpful, friendly, and honest. I appreciate the instructions and how quick as well as easy it was to check in. This was a great time with some great people!
