Alicia went over and beyond. This is the third time my family has spent approximately a week at this location. Without me telling them, they saw the ages of my children, and made sure there were pack and plays set up for the baby in two separate rooms. The house has a great location, and is cozy, you will feel right at home. My children love the spot and see it as a home away from home at this point. I have used AirBNBs for years, but will continue to use Alicia's spot. If you have children I highly encourage this location.

This was my familiy's very first Airbnb experience and it was great and has made a lasting impression! The check-in was beyond easy and we were given real time instruction from our host Nattalie. She took steps to make everything so easy and we even took her suggestion for a breakfast place and loved it! The place looked exactly like the pics online. There was an issue with the HVAC system and she easily remedied this. All in all this was great and we will definitely use Airbnb again if it's anything like the experience Nattalie provided.

The BNB was super cute and cozy; exactly like the pictures. The host was very responsive and helpful with any issue. Great location only about 15-20 minutes to everything. The stay was great and I would definitely book again!

My fiancé and I absolutely fell in love with Katie’s space! From the moment we booked until the second we checked out, Katie went above and beyond — she was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt completely at home every step of the way. The space itself was the perfect combination of roomy and cozy, a true home away from home that we instantly felt comfortable in. Self check in was smooth. It had everything we could have needed, and the location couldn’t have been better: just minutes from Marietta Square, amazing restaurants, charming shops, and a quick, easy drive to nearby cities like Atlanta. Check out was smooth, no hassles at all. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to staying here again! We cannot recommend Katie’s place highly enough. This was my FIRST time using Airbnb so I was SUPER nervous. Marcela was extremely helpful, flexible and responsive even before booking with answering any questions I had. The place is super cute and clean. There were games (my son loved that), a small wine collection, snacks, water and little amenities available when we arrived. The only issue I had which is out of the host’s control is there is a lot of construction in the neighborhood so it doesn’t look the best but you can see the potential. Also, a neighbor is another house next door loves playing his music. Sometimes I enjoyed it because I love a good music break and he had good tunes but it was loud and started at 9am. Overall when I’m in ATL again I will be using one of Marcela’s homes. Definitely worth it.

Me and my fiancé stayed here for three months, and we absolutely loved it. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It is a basement apartment on the ground level of their house, and we never had any noise problems with them living above us. The neighborhood itself was so beautiful, and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend anyone to stay with Monique. She is very kind and always responded in a timely manner if I messaged her about something.

This was a charming unit in Midtown. Accessible to neighborhood amenities and restaurants. Great location if you are in ATL for a show or sporting event.

Zakeus’s place was perfect for us. Perfect location for visiting family in midtown, walking distance to fantastic restaurants bars and the park. Everything was very clean and as pictured. Great parking and easy to walk dogs on the quiet alley. We’ll definitely recommend and stay again!

Awesome Stay! This property granted our Girls Getaway more than we expected. The view from the house was Spectacular. The Chic and Modern decor was perfect for us! lots of room inside and outside. High grade appliances were a super plus, everything was top notch. Plenty of plates, utensils and glass ware. We are looking forward to returning to the property in a warmer month to enjoy the lake. However, we did take advantage of the two outdoor seating area with firepits.

This home was perfect for our multi generational family trip to the Atlanta area. The home is in a very high end and beautiful neighborhood of expensive homes. Rod had clear instructions for our arrival and the home was very clean. The furniture was comfortable and there were enough seating spots for our large group. We were very very satisfied with our stay and strongly recommend Rods place to anyone.

Kimberly was very helpful and responsive. The Villa was perfect and close proximity to downtown Jasper. The community was gorgeous and well maintained. Thank you Kimberly for all of the help before and during our stay!

Beautiful home on the river that was nicely secluded. The walk down to the river is a bit steep but my 85 year old mom did it just fine. The house was clean, with excellent instructions for check-in and an easy check-out process.

Byron’s place was truly beautiful and I would definitely come back! He was so responsive when it came to any questions:) I had a very nice time!
