A great place to stay for a group! The location was perfect for things to do, beds comfortable, and good communication from the host! Thanks for having a great place for us to stay!

Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

Yomar was so accommodating and made our stay wonderful! The house was spotless and had everything you could need. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

This place was simply regal! Christopher was fast to respond. Thanks for the muffins, juice and creamer. That was the icing on the cake. Everything was beautiful and so was Harold ( co- host). Hope ti visit again soon. Glissa

So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

Chris had a fantastic response time and was overall a pleasure to work with. The house was fairly difficult to find but that didn’t take away from the place. Great experience all together.

This was my second time staying at the beach house and it was once again an amazing stay! Great location right on the beach with all the bars and restaurants only a 7 minute walk down the sand. Love it here!

My stay at Sharon's condo was truly exceptional. Having visited NSB for 12 years, I've had numerous opportunities for comparison. If you're currently viewing this property, I recommend booking it promptly. The condo's cleanliness and comfort were remarkable. Sharon's meticulous attention to detail is evident, providing everything from cooking essentials and storage containers to complimentary toiletries, beach equipment, and kids' toys. The condo also features helpful notes throughout and an extremely comfortable bed. I'm eagerly awaiting my next visit.

Coastal Soul was the perfect place to stay, everything was as listed, comfy, cozy and a great beachy vibe. we had a great view of the ocean and we felt at home. Will definitely stay here again. Amy is a great host and we highly recommend staying here. We had a great week. Joe and Ann

A great stay! Close to the beach with a nice pool. The condo was very clean with thoughtful amenities.

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. We had a great stay at Jeff and Krista's! We would highly recommend staying here while visiting the area! We plan to book again the next time we are in town!!

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!
