It is 3 miles to the beach, 5 miles to the Speedway, or 1 mile to the intercoastal. Also, if you want to venture further, you are less than a 2 hour drive to the Orlando theme parks or 1 hour north to the Oldest City! Like to play Pickleball? Pictona is only 5 blocks away! With 24 courts, it is a wonderful facility!

Full kitchen, living room, bathroom, screened patio-downstairs- and use of spacious yard. A few miles south is historic Beach St., Main St. and Ocean Walk shopping, and the 1938 Bandshell. A couple of miles north, along picturesque Riverside Drive, is historic Ormond Beach! Come and relax, walk, kayak, fish, surf, paddleboard & enjoy!

We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

Daytona has been hit by hurricanes. The amenities on the resort are all closed. Therefore the pools, gym, tiki bar and restaurant are closed. We have adjusted the prices accordingly. The studio faces west and has a sunset city view. One queen bed and a full sleeper sofa bed. Clean and stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella and lots more! Very close to multiple restaurants and bars. This is a non-smoking resort, strictly enforced with a $250 fine.
