This place was exactly what we needed. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in the area. The place was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay and John was very responsive. Check in and check out was a breeze. Beautiful view out the back.

Oh my goodness, I’m not sure where to begin on our fabulous stay at Sunnyside Up. This was our first vacation rental and we are not sure that will ever be another that compares. The pictures are a perfect depiction of this great apartment. What is not shown is all of the special attention to details like the wonderful towels (including use of beach towels), every kitchen items you could ever need/want, the great bathroom including dividers in the bathroom vanity, the unbelievable instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. Location is perfect and truly walkable. The next time we visit GH we will definitely be staying here. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay!

We came to Kalamazoo for a weekend, and had a very relaxing stay at Kaydee's place. We would happily return for future visits. Clean, comfy and close to downtown!

I can't say enough good things about the hosts and our stay! The apartment was pristine, honestly one of the cleanest AirBnBs we've ever stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful and huge, it's even bigger than it appears in the photos. We had everything we needed, and Marie was so very kind. She was very responsive while booking and helpful. The restaurant downstairs is also wonderful, we got takeout and ice cream every day of our stay. We would happily stay again, and plan to book for our next trip to the area.

Nice place, easy to find, easy to check in. Perfect for our trip to WMU for a Hockey game. Big enough for me and the pup to lounge with the TV on in the living room without disturbing my husband sleeping in!

Amazing space. Very easy to find and the location is within walking distance of everything downtown Grand Rapids has to offer. We’re definitely looking forward to booking this space again in the future!

Loved it so much we never left! 😀 My family was displaced after the May 7th Portage Tornado, and Aryn was super accommodating to us, which allowed our family of 5 get out of hotel living. Extending our stay past the initial 3 months, while our home is rebuilt, as this place now feels like home. Beautiful 3 season porch overlooking a wooded area has allowed us to watch 3 baby deer, that were born the week we got here, grow. Can't wait for the Fall colors to change. Thank you Aryn, truly.

Arikka's place was beautiful and comfortable. Our check-in was seamless and the place looked just as described. The upstairs beds were very comfortable. The location was also central to our activities. We would select her place again to stay.

Great location for a ski weekend. House has a lot of upgrades and can tell taken care of. fenced in backyard was perfect for our fur friends to play around in and stretch. Will definitely be back.

Frederick was responsive and helpful. The house was great. Comfortable and clean. It was the perfect house to sit around and talk with family.

Honestly, I'm not sure I want to write how good this space is, for fear that it won't be available for me lol. This will be a highly coveted place to getaway and unwind! Estella is clearly prepared to host the most relaxing stay for her guests. It is a simple, well planned build that has just what your soul needs. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings to enjoy with loved ones. The details in design, such as the beautiful natural light, tile wall in the bathroom that is carried into the kitchen, the robes for after an incredible shower or dip in the hot tub, games, and firepit...why even leave? Well, we didn't want to leave. However, The simple 24hrs spent I'm this curated space was enough to inspire another, longer booking. All the gratitude to you Estella, for creating this beautiful home🥂🧡

Dani’s place was amazing. Even though the weather was bad, we enjoyed the community pool, playing games, watching movies, and exploring the town. Dani was such a great communicator and easy to work with. Their place is incredibly well designed and makes you feel right at home. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Even had beach towels for the pool!! Can’t wait to come back again.

The house was fantastic. Old charming house, comfy beds, very spacious, the proximity to restaurants and things to do was great. Some small pockets of surrounding area was a little run down.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Christy’s place. She is super responsive and it is beautifully appointed with the perfect combo of cozy and chic. We love to cook and she had great recipe books and all tools along with starter ingredients to whip up delicious meals. The land surrounding the property is well maintained and offers plenty for play and relaxation. We will definitely return and look forward to exploring the area in warmer seasons.

The condo was so comfortable and clean with a well stocked kitchen and many thoughtful touches that included toiletry items in case you forgot your own, cozy throws, good lighting throughout and comfortable seating. The location was convenient to Douglas and downtown Saugatuck, and it was easy to hop on the highway to go to the Holland area or go apple picking at Crane's Orchard, which we enjoyed. We also appreciated the Welcome information book, and the local brochures for hiking, art galleries, etc. Matt's condo was a great find!

We had a wonderful week in this condo! All of the extras - snacks, spices in the cabinet, extra beach towels, several different types of coffeemakers - were greatly appreciated. The cabinets had many choices of mugs, glasses, plates and bowls. We also loved that there were several locations with a light on a dimmer (Dining room, living room). Having a washer and dryer available down the hall was also a plus. The porch is fantastic! So relaxing,. The sofa cushions for the porch are perfect and easily accessible. The gas grill was also great for cookouts and dinners watching the sunset. There is a really nice overlook area if you don't want to walk all the way down to the beach, easy to get to by walking around to the other side of the building. We got some great northern lights pictures from that lookout. Patty was always helpful and easily accessible - answering any questions I had within the hour, sometimes in just minutes!

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

This was our second time staying at Allison’s condo. We felt right at home and enjoyed our time hanging out there with our family. It’s spacious, clean and close to the downtown. Thank you, Allison, for another wonderful stay!

Lisa’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway. My wife and I would definitely rebook this place for a future visit. The skybridge to the brewery and other shops was a nice touch and allowed us to get to the Main Street in town with ease.

Place was as billed. Easy check in and very responsive hosts. Place was very clean and comfortable. I was there in the winter and it does take a while for the place to warm up. That being said, a small portable heater was available that I didn’t use because I was only in the unit in the morning and late evening.

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing short walking distance of several great restaurants and right on a great bike path that you could ride endlessly. The pool was added bonus for 2 kids and highly recommend boat rental place in Fruitport!

Great spot right in the heart of where you wanna be.
