Happy Trails Ski House - An Indoor /Outdoor Oasis!

Prime hub location within 15-30 minutes of seven ski resorts, international airport, downtown Salt Lake City, and Park City. The home is located on the desirable east bench (Olympus Hills) of Salt Lake City with amazing views of Mount Olympus and is within a few minutes of several trailheads for hiking, trail running, snowshoeing, skiing or biking (mountain and road). Main floor recently remodeled interior is spacious with room to comfortably entertain and socialize with friends and/or family.

Private, Quiet Neighborhood, Washer/Dryer

This is a one bedroom apartment built on the side of a large rambler house on a corner lot. The apartment faces north and our house faces west. It has a private entrance, and a private driveway. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay. It was built from the ground up 11 years ago. We have a new puppy who is a very naughty little Jack Russell Terrier and has not yet learned not to bark at the doorbell or strange noises. If that will bother you a lot, this might not be a good fit.

The cabins location positions you in front of miles and miles of vehicles, hours and hours of wait time providing you extra ski time in Little Cottonwood canyon so you can get your fill of fresh, often first tracks in the fresh Utah powder. Enjoy the incredible views up little cottonwood canyon and the stars from the Jacuzzi while enjoying the privacy of your very own private cabin.

Near Cottonwood Canyons, enjoy this one-bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms, Murphy bed in main room, private driveway and parking. Our guest house is located in the heart of Holladay with walking distances to shops and restaurants and quick drives to Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon and Millcreek Canyon for skiing and hiking. It's an 18 min drive to downtown Salt Lake City but you might not need it because Holladay is so quaint and offers so much. You can't beat this location and with the studio being so comfortable with a full kitchen and soft beds you might not want to leave.
