Our stay was fantastic, to experience a traditional Ryokan was amazing only matched by perfect service. Tyler had some of the best food recommendations for the town along side his delicious home made Seattle cookies

Hakuba was booked out for the Bank Holiday so we were super lucky to find The Joint. The living / dining room area had a fire place and it was a great spot to meet other guests. Other guests enjoyed the outdoor BBQ area. We stayed in a double room, which was basic, with a small and clean en-suite. Shayne was always around with some good local tips. Enjoy your visit.

I stayed here 3 night. Overall is very amazing. Mike and his staffs awesome. They just always give us a hand. He always give the eye on my 5 y/o daughter when she play outside, gave her an advise where is safe area to play Room is tidy, heated floor, spacy, clean and enough power points. One thing I found out, I struggled is the place is located down the hill. If you don’t take the car it will be struggle. If it’s bad weather day. Uber won’t accept their job. So dragging luggage and baby stroller up to bus station around 250 meters uphill in thick snow was very tough as their wheels also didn’t move. So get the car there will be easier or learning the weather a bit may helpful. Just make sure you won’t get struck in a bad day.

I highly recommend staying at Oribu's place. The location was great, easy walk to the ski lift as advertised. The chalet itself was beautiful and charming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Oribu and his family were great hosts to us; providing us local recommendations, helping with transportation, the breakfasts they made were wonderful, on top of being genuinely nice and very responsive. This is the only place I'll be staying when I'm back in Hakuba.

It's an amazing dorm I stayed a month and half. All the staffs are so nice and really helpful, Tor, Alpa, Adam and Annabelle etc, they're incredible!!! Breakfast is serve yourself and FREE, manyyyyy eggs, toast, jam, cornflake, milk and juice!! Social area also awesome, pool game, making friends all the nights. Thanks again all the effort, I really enjoy my time in Hai. Cheer~~

Sasa made our stay incredible. He made getting to myoko easy. he picked us up from the train station. His service goes the extra mile, he dropped off and picked us up from the resorts close by. he even dropped us into town for dinner. Even though his place is an easy walk into town. His place feels like home with the atmosphere, beautiful creations and a lodge in the forest. A winter wonderland. A home cooked meal by Sasa by the fire at night and breakfast in the morning. We are blown away by this experience and this lodge and would return again in a heartbeat. Thank you Guest House Bunk for making Myoko the best experience in by staying here!!!!

Beautiful stay. Yusan and his partner are excellent hosts. Room was comfy. Had the shared onsen to myself every afternoon. 10 minute walk to Kanko gondola. 20 mins walk to Akakura restaurants. It’s a tight walk between walls of snow and road. Can be dodgy. Yusan was very helpful with lifts in the van. To the lifts in the morning and dinner in the evenings. Felt very looked after 😊

当日の到着時間が深夜でしたので、セルフチェックインですごく助かりました。 お部屋はシンプルな作りで清潔感があり綺麗でした。 また併設していたラーメン屋さんでは長野のことをオーナー様とお話する機会があり、凄く町のことが好きになりました！ また必ず白馬へ行く際はご利用させていただきます。よろしくお願いいたします。

Le quartier est très calme, la vue très jolie. L’arrêt de bus est juste devant le ryokan, assez pratique. Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le personnel était très chaleureux. Le ryokan est magnifique , très paisible et traditionnelle. Notre chambre était super jolie, nous dormions sur des futons ( très confort !) et la chambre dans son ensemble était parfaite. Les onsens étaient très bien entretenus et jolis. La nourriture était excellente ! Le personnel était très gentil et très accueillant. Ça a été une expérience excellente pour nous qu’on hésitera pas à refaire ! 10/10
