I stayed here previously with my family and had such a great experience that I decided to come back, this time with my friends. Just like before, everything was perfect — my friends absolutely loved it too. It’s such a lovely place, and I truly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay:)

It was among the best air bnb we have booked. 7 of us had a gala time here. Very clean, polite and friendly staff. Loved every bit of it

Michelle was very accommodating. We were in transit and she was flexible with check in time and stored our luggage after check out. This was enormously considerate as we were traveling with young children. Location is very close to Han market and walking distance to many great restaurants. Would come again the next time we are in vietnam.

Amazing! What can I say - Shadyside 2 Villa is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family of 4 to stay in whilst we were visiting Hoi An. The property is immaculate and massive, with loads of space for entertainment (including the incredible roof terrace and wonderful swimming pool). I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others! We didn't make the most of the breakfast that was on offer (as jet lag meant we were rarely up in time) but when we did that was also fantastic. Walking distance to the beach and a short Grab taxi ride into town (10 mins or so). Loved it! Thanks thanks thanks

June was amazing. She was very helpful, accommodating and responsive. The place is very nice and all amenities included. The only challenging part is finding the alley to get to the property. As long as you follow the map, you’ll be fine. We had some timing challenges with our next trip and June was very accommodating to us. Thank you for hosting us, we are very grateful and happy with the experience.

Hung was an amazing host, the location is central but a little away from everything busy. we had an amazing time!

We enjoyed our stay at Trung’s place. It looked exactly like the pictures! Trung is an excellent and communicative host. He checked in as needed and helped us with local recommendations. As a group of women staying we felt safe and comfortable. We were able to Grab into Old Town with ease!

Our stay at this house was truly wonderful. It is incredibly spacious, comfortable, and peaceful, offering the perfect relaxing environment. We spent three weeks here and had no issues. Minh Tuấn and his team were exceptional—they were always attentive, responsive, and eager to assist with anything we needed. Whether it was helping us arrange motorbike rentals or coordinating airport transfers, their service was flawless. Overall, I highly recommend both the property and the outstanding staff.

My friends and I stayed here for four nights over the Christmas period, and we had a lovely time in this beautiful property. It was impeccably pristine, the hosts and house keeper would reply immediately and were so attentive, and the property itself is absolutely astounding. The location is a 15 minute drive from the Old Town and Grabs are readily available. We wished to extend for an additional night and the hosts allowed with no problem, even with very little notice. Simply cannot recommend this stay enough! Thank you so much for having us.

This place was the best I have stayed in Vietnam! Very modern and large living. Very responsive and friendly host ,helping us with all of our requests. It is a very short taxi drive out from Hoi An old town,and was a peaceful haven to return to after our visits to town. The pool is sooo good! Highly recommend ,and wish I'd stayed longer.

it's our 3rd time in hoi an and Minh's villa was really good! the place is really peaceful, no bikes goes around but you can still walk to the beaches and restaurants easily. Minh's very responsive and helpful as well. definitely recommend this place :)

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous riverside villa in Hoi An. The setting was absolutely stunning, with peaceful views over the river that made every morning and evening feel magical. The villa itself was beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the pool was a definite highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were outstanding—attentive, warm, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We also took part in the on-site cooking class, which was such a fun and memorable experience. We learned a lot and got to enjoy some delicious food we helped prepare! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would 100% recommend this villa to anyone visiting Hoi An. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

숙소가 깨끗하고 시원했습니다. 호스트 분도 너무 친절하고 답변이 빨랐습니다. 숙소 위치가 푸라마 빌라 리셉션하고 가까워서 주변 명소를 관광할 때 버기를 부르지 않아도 돌아다니기 쉬웠습니다. 다음에 다낭을 여행 온다면 이 숙소를 또 이용하고 싶어요😊😊

Accommodation was as described and pictured, Leo was also really responsive and helpful to our queries both before and during the trip. My friends & I really enjoyed our stay here!
