Ground floor : Here you will find a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with dining area, a double sofa bed, SAT TV and fireplace, which provides a perfect evening ambience in cold weather. Room 4- is equipped with a closet, 2 single beds 80x200 cm, 2 bedside tables. On request, the single beds can be joined together to form a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, WC and towel radiator is located on the ground floor. A utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is also available here. First Floor: Room 1- is equipped with spacious designer wardrobes, a double bed 180x200 cm, 2 bedside tables and LED TV. Room 2 - is furnished with a French double bed 140x200 cm, closet, bedside table, chest of drawers, LED TV and work desk. From room 1 and 2, you can enjoy the unique view over the village and the Wiesbach valley. Room 3 - is equipped with 2 single beds 90x200cm, bedside table, closet and LED TV. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator and WC. As the bedrooms can be occupied differently, the following rules apply: 1. the guest chooses the appropriate bedroom himself if possible (e.g. room 1 for 2 persons). 2. other “bedrooms” are not available. 3. the house is only occupied by the person ordering and their companions. Example: A couple orders the house for 5 days, chooses bedroom 1, for two persons, remaining bedrooms are not prepared. All other rooms (living room, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) are available to the couple. On each floor there are terraces with dining and seating facilities and a wonderful panoramic view. The house is located right on the edge of the forest. It is built on a slope and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Infants up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents' bed. Children in the garden must be supervised. Pets are only allowed on request.

Great, comfortable furnished apartment in quiet location in the beautiful Taunus for 2-7 persons. The apartment is on the 1st floor and has 116 m2. - Large living-dining area with fireplace - Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge-freezer. - Private terrace - Under the table top of the dining table is a pool table - There are two coffee makers. A normal for coffee powder and a Tchibo Cafissimo capsule machine. 3 Sleeping Rooms: 1 room with double bed (200x200cm) 1 room with 1 single bed (100x200cm) + double bed (180x200cm) 1 room with double bed (180x200cm) For our little quests we have also a Babybed and a Babychair. NEW: Netflix and amazon prime are free of charge. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Parking infant of the house. Unfortunately there are no more shopping opportunities in the village itself. Supermarkets can be reached by car in 5-8 minutes. You can have bread delivery

Luxus-PUR 10 Min. to Frankfurt Trade Fare

Nice 80qm flat at the ground floor, completely new built in 2018, with Sauna, backyard, fire place, bathroom with bathtube and big shower and completely equipped Kitchen. Very central, 2 min. to subway, 5 min. to all restaurants/ shopping centers and the lovely historic city of Oberursel, 10 min. along the Urselbach(little creek) to the swimming hall . Frankfurt/M. 10 min. by car or 20 min. by subway. Oberursel is directly located at the Großer Feldberg with lots of excursion possibilities.

Im Pferdestall -Tür an Tür mit Huhn und Pferd

'IM PFERDESTALL' befindet sich im Erdgeschoss der Scheune des Mühlenanwesens. Früher war es mal ein Stall. (Schau dir auch mein anderes Apartment 'Scheunen-Loft' an.) Der Raum hat niedrige Decken und kleine Sprossenfenster. Der Raum ist für Menschen geeignet, die einen mehr höhlenartigen, gemütlichen Rückzugsort suchen. Durch den Ofen und den kalten Boden, ist die Wohnung für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet. In der kalten Jahreszeit, ist es vielleicht nötig mit dem Ofen zuzuheizen. Siehe unten.

Torhaus in Kemel

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

Die Ferienwohnung "Zum Feldberg" besitzt 2 separate Schlafzimmer und punktet durch die gemütliche Wohnküche mit vorgeschalteter, gen Nord- West ausgerichteter, Terrasse. Das großzügige Wohnzimmer mit dem Kaminofen runden das Bild der charmanten Unterkunft ab. Fußläufig entfernt laden der Wald mit langen Wegen zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen und Radtouren, sowie das höchst gelegene Freibad Hessens zum Baden ein.

Kleine Kunstremise mit Holzofen Burg Freienfels

The small art remise along the Weiltal and Weilstrasse in the Taunus is a small 55 square metre cottage on a former mill estate. Heated exclusively with wood, the shed invites you to linger in a cosy atmosphere or to explore the Weiltal or Lahntal by bike. On the property right next to the stream you can meet dogs, cats, chickens and even the occasional egg. Most recently, the remise was used as a studio, and now art objects by regional artists continue to enliven the space.

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

Urlaub in herrlicher Natur im Herzen des Rheingaus in der Nähe des Weinguts Schloß Vollrads und Schloss Johannisberg in Stephanshausen. Du darfst dich in meinem freistehenden Haus mit Garten wie zu Hause fühlen! Unbezahlbar aber trotzdem inkludiert: der traumhafte Blick auf eine Pferdekoppel und über den Rhein hinaus. Von hier aus kannst du herrliche Wanderungen starten. In kurzer Zeit bist du bei Schloß Johannisberg, Rüdesheim mit Drosselgasse, Kloster und Burgenromantik.

Mein Bootshaus - Auszeit ohne andere Gäste

Mein Bootshaus ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Es lädt dazu ein, ganz für sich zu sein, den Alltag zu vergessen und liegt in einem kleinen Dorf zwischen Darmstadt und Frankfurt. Ein Loft mit Kamin, Sauna, 12-Meter-Pool und Garten. Individuelle gastronomische Betreuung kann gerne dazu gebucht werden. Ihr könnt aber auch selbst in der voll ausgestatteten Bootshausküche kochen. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist problemlos und sicheres Parken auf dem Grundstück inklusive.

Ferienhaus am Waldrand „Silberhaus“ mit Sauna

Wir vermieten ein wunderschönes, gemütliches Ferienhaus. Das Ferienhaus steht auf dem Gelände der ehemaligen Grube Maria direkt am Waldrand. Etwas Abseits des Hauptgebäudes. Durch die hochwertige Ausstattung und einigen Extras wie Infrarotkabine, Holzofen, Sauna auf der Terrasse mit Aussendusche, großer Terrasse mit Blick in den Wald u.v.m. ist unser Ferienhaus der Ideale Ort zur Erholung und Entspannung.

Penthouse Mainzer Innenstadt

Unser Penthouse (ca. 180 qm²) hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Absolutes Wohlfühlambiente mitten in der Innenstadt. Die Dachterrasse ist besonders im Sommer toll. Gerne organisieren wir einen Weinworkshop. Von Mainz kann man wunderbare Ausflüge in die Weinregionen Rheinhessen, Nahe, Mittelrhein und Rheingau unternehmen. Die Mainzer Fastnacht ist ein Highlight. Vom Balkon kann man den Rosenmontagsumzug sehen.
