We had a good time in this house with the family. Within approx an hour, we were able to be in Manhattan thanks to bus S51 + Long Island Ferry (free) or bus SIM1C. The buses are not included in MTA 7/30-Day unlimited sadly... We would come back with pleasure. Thanks for the stay

John's listing was excellent. It was an hour away from my event, but I picked the address so that's on me. the beach is across the street that was awesome. I will stay at John's listing again.

Great Place To Stay For A Quick Trip! Super Close To Manhattan and in a Quiet Neighborhood!

Second time booking this spacious beautiful home. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, churches and so much more. Host is fantastic!!! Neighborhood is so quiet, safe. You can walk everywhere. Close to bus lines also. Will be booking again..

Fijn appartement met drie grote slaapkamers ieder met hele goede bedden. Keuken was goed uitgerust. Becca was snel in haar reacties, met goede instructies en tips.. Voor koffie-liefhebbers, probeer Froth on Franklin! Om in New York te komen hebben wij de bus gepakt naar Hoboken Terminal of Port Authority. In Hoboken Terminal vervolgens de Path-trein. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad!

Gute Lage, etwas weiter weg als Jackson Street (wie beschrieben). Blitzsauber geputzt und alles vorhanden, was es braucht. Vereinzelt ein paar Ameisen waren vorhanden. Sehr gemütliche Einrichtung und super bequeme Betten! Riesengrosser Kühlschrank und sogar Kaffekapseln und Tee zur Verfügung. Herzlichen Dank - wir haben es sehr genossen!

Ayoub was a great host very responsive, I booked last min and he was able to accommodate and answer all my questions. Place was very clean and just like the pictures would definitely book again.

Es war ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Ganz im Gegenteil, es geht über einen normalen Standard weit hinaus. Die Gastgeber Familie war sehr sehr hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Die Umgebung ist perfekt. Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants. Strand nicht weit weg. 2 Minuten Fußweg zur Bahn, die zur Fähre nach Manhattan führt. Auf einer Skala von 1- 10 vergeben wir 12. Komfort, Lage und Vermieter sind Top. Wir kommen wieder!!

We had a big family trip to NY and booked the whole house and we never felt crowded. Kids, teens, elderly and everyone in general had a comfortable stay. Thank you Mike and the crew for making our stay pleasant. Mike’s crew is responsive and reachable at any time.

We had a crew of nine that went into NYC daily and this was our “home base”. The house is cute, clean, and the beds are comfortable! It’s older, so it has so much character and charm! The updates are great and you are not missing any amenities! I will say that parking is very tight, but that is to be expected but if you have a larger SUV/Truck id suggest the street parking space. The home is just a couple blocks from the subway to get into NYC and there are some restaurants and shopping just up the street (we didn’t get a chance to check anything out). We all felt safe (even walking home late at night from the subway) and had a wonderful trip! We would rent this house again! Darby and the rest of the hosts were very communicative throughout the entire process and very kind to speak with!

Perfect location, charming place, amazing host. I would book this place again! It was super easy to catch the 126 into the city and all the restaurants were super close. Polly was an amazing host and was super responsive. The place was cute and has everything we needed.

La casa de Ken & Emily está muy bien ubicada. El barrio es tranquilo. Hay un supermercado bastante cerca (FOOD BAAZAR) y un autobús que te lleva al corazón de Manhattan, a solo cuatro manzanas de Times Square. Además por la noche puedes disfrutar de las mejores vistas del skyline de NYC desde el cercano The Old Glory Park. Ken & Emily, estuvieron siempre muy atentos respondiendo rápidamente a nuestras preguntas y haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera más agradable.

Bayonne is a nice and quiet place to stay. I did book Mina's place for a week to visit New York with my family because the price was much cheaper than staying in NY. It takes overall 1 hour taking Light Rail (2.5$ for each ride) + Path train (3$ for each ride) to reach the WTC. The apartment is big and quite confortable. The bed linen was not of great quality, but clean. Some cutlery was missing in the kitchen, but Mina did promptly brought new tools and glasses. I can recommend especially if you are looking for a cheaper apartment than the Manhattan crazy prices.

This is an ideal location if you are visiting New York or the area around . The pictures don’t do justice as the place is very spacious and nicer in reality. It had everything we needed and it’s perfect for 4 to 5 people. The beds were so comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The communication with the host was very easy and the off street parking definitely is a plus . I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again if and when I visit again.
