This tree house is a cozy place to unplug. Guests enjoy private beach access to Marion Lake just across the road. This is an off-grid stay with an outdoor shower below the house and a chic outhouse a short walk from the front door. There is no WiFi, making it easy to disconnect from screens and reconnect with nature. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker. Meals are cooked outdoors on the propane grill, ideal for slow mornings, sunset dinners, and relaxed lake days.

There is a covered screened in porch and an open deck with a barbecue grill. Come enjoy this property as much as we do.

The Tree House, an upstairs dwelling, is in a peaceful setting. A unique topography supports numerous species of wild life including nearly 200 species of birds. The Tree House is located near the head waters of the Mississippi river, Tamarac National Wild Life Refuge, Detroit Mountain Recreation Area, golf courses, casinos and North Country Trail. A full kitchen and a comfortable indoor setting makes a lovely getaway. The rock fire pit is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.

Country Living

Looking for some quiet and solitude our cabin is located in the country sitting on 20 acres of wooded land with walking trails, wildlife, and solitude. But we are still just a short drive to nearby communities. Sorry we do not allow pets We have kayaks and a canoe for rent enjoy an evening on a nearby lake watching the sunset and listening to the loons or enjoy some fishing from the kayak. In the winter enjoy our Outdoor Sauna, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, x-country skiing, or ice fishing.

Little Floyd Lake House: You can’t get any closer to the lake than this! Enjoy sunsets and s’mores by quiet, clear waters after swimming in the hard bottom swimming area. Pontoon available for rent. Located a few minutes from town so you can experience all the culinary delights Detroit Lakes has to offer (including delivery) and a restaurant right on the lake. Close proximity to Dambo Trolls!
