The Mill Race is a colonial heritage building that has been brought back to life from derelict condition to offer a contemporary living space enhanced by a bespoke fit out. Our approach has been to conserve rather than restore, to capture a balance between ‘old and new’. This apartment is for those who appreciate essential updates whilst still able to reflect on the exposed layers of the building’s history.

Cottage with spa in Nth Hobart restaurant precinct

The original Cottage once served as the first North Hobart Post & Telegraph Office and has been recently renovated to accommodate guests. It is an upstairs studio with it's own entrance. It is warm, spacious, comfortable and self contained. The studio connects to a second separate bedroom which can be made available for additional guests. There is an outside deck for the exclusive use of guests.

Connie is a vintage caravan positioned perfectly among the poplar trees to give guests a little hideaway to relax and enjoy themselves. Connie can sleep up to two adults with a proper innerspring mattress. A bathroom with shower and toilets is very close by, as is a kitchen guests can use if required. The kitchen has a fridge, hot plates, microwave and dishwasher.
