Welcome to 29 Ebden – your sanctuary to unwind & rejuvenate. Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

Seaview ~ A beautiful hideaway in central Hobart.

Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

Spacious room with kitchenette, separate bathroom, laundry and dryer. Private area below above house with own separate access and areas. Outside sheltered nooks for reading or quiet contemplation of the expansive valley and hillsides. Gentle and more extensive bush walking tracks just 3 mins away. A peaceful space with wallaby and birdlife action and impressive mountain (Kunanyi) views. Close to the bush yet also close to the North Hobart food and entertainment strip and Hobart City centre.

Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

A detached studio, in a convenient part of West Hobart, close to public transport, walking distance to North Hobart’s cafe/ restaurant/ strip. Suitable for two people with a double bed, ensuite, study bench/dining table with a basic kitchenette only. It is not equipped with a fully working kitchen. Past the second garage doors is a private narrow courtyard. Fast fibre optic internet, suitable for video or business, ensure the router is turned on in the studio. Off street free parking.
