Nick and Helen have created a well designed and cozy space to relax in, and it's so close to the sea, beaches, very good restaurants, beaches, the Turner in Margate, antique and vintage shops, lovely walks, etc. Plus Nick was delightful to chat to when we arrived, which put a smile on all of our faces. Would definitely come back, especially when the pool is a go!

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

The Old Stable was absolutely perfect inside with everything you could possibly need and more. Beautifully clean, comfy and homely. The view from the bedroom was so lovely to wake up to and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Personal touches like eggs from Jane’s chickens and a bottle of complementary fizz were a really lovely touch. Outside in the very large patio area there were numerous seating areas around the pool and jacuzzi. The BBQ, pizza oven, chiminea and outdoor lighting meant that you could have a lovely meal and relax and unwind under the stars. A great place to relax and have a peaceful home away from home!! A very warm and friendly Jane was always on hand to answer any questions or queries. Thank you!!

We were very impressed on arrival. Lovely peaceful grounds, pool bigger than we’d expected and great games area. Good place to stay with our extended family, good central location, really enjoyed nearby Canterbury. We were lucky with the weather. We visited Howletts zoo & 2 different sea-sides. The house is quite warm, it’s great fans are provided in all bedrooms. Improvements- Need better extraction for the kitchen- & update the book on what to do if the smoke alarm goes off! The agency were quick to help but with poor phone signal this was tricky to arrange. Bigger beds/ new mattresses Downstairs loo had no toilet lid Other reviews mentioned cobwebs & the place seeming a bit ‘tired’, I’d agree with some of that but it didn’t stop us having a wonderful time & a few cobwebs don’t bother me, everything else was clean and we’d love to return .

Great house for our family holiday - lots of space, comfortable and amazing views! Lots to do in the surrounding area too - enjoyable walks into Herne Bay and Reculver a highlight for us. Maggie was responsive and helpful throughout.

A wonderful venue for a family get together. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished in Art Deco style. The position and views were amazing, and the heated pool was the icing on the cake! Thank you to Alan and Bill for letting us share your beautiful house, and for being so helpful with all our questions!

Claire and Tom were fantastic hosts, completely accommodating and provided us with detailed instructions. Their home was beautiful and we had such a wonderful stay. Exactly as described with lovely facilities and sea views in the lounge. Claire responded so quickly to any questions and it was a pleasure to stay in your home! We had a brilliant stay at Nicola’s house. It is beautifully done and very clean. Easy to find and get in with the lockbox. Amazing location for Whitstable high street and the beach. Would highly recommend!

Everything just seemed a little bit better than expected. The photos understated the space (usually the other way round). More tastefully decorated than I've come to expect and the kitchen equipment and even crockery was a notch up on Airbnb expectations. Plus the beach is so easy to get to. Just walk in a straight line for 300m and you're there. Plus a co-op right round the corner for supplies.

I can’t recommend Lisa’s place enough. We had a different air bnb booked which cancelled on us 2 days before our trip. We were so pleased to find Lisa’s lovely home and we are pleased our original one cancelled! The house is really large and spacious, lots of room for our group of 10. Rooms were comfortable and all facilities were more than adequate for our group. Lots of seating inside and out, lovely hot tub and a lovely sunny garden. The house is on a quiet estate with ample parking. Lisa communicated really well and check in was easy. Would highly recommend

what a great quirky place, when you enter into the kitchen/breakfast area it looks compact but upstairs feels a lot bigger. would definitely return if coming back to Southend.

What a lovely place! I travel frequently for work and this is one of the nicest homes I’ve stayed in. So much nicer than staying in a hotel. Beautifully decorated, well maintained and spotlessly clean. Big thanks to my lovely host Rob who was super helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely return.

What an amazing place, Seasalter Cabin provided us with a “home” to stay for 4 days. There were lots of options if you want to eat out, or cook! We love your kitchen and that dining table. Feeling energised and chilled afterwards. Thank you!

Great place. Just like the photos. Johanna super helpful at every step. Easy access. Peaceful place and easy walk to main sites. Parking in price a bonus given parking restrictions throughout the Town. I found it easy to park in the allotted zone. Mostly outside or just outside house. Would deffo go straight to Johanna’s house next time. It was great for two of us and my guess even better place /value for family. Thanks Johanna

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Alana’s place it was well equipped everything you needed and more. Clean and very homely feel to the place Would recommend Alana herself was very friendly and quick to respond not that we had any problems. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cute place 😊

I had a lovely birthday weekend staying at Natasha's Airbnb. It's super close to Ramsgate town and has lots to do locally in the sun. Natasha also gave me some great recommendations. The house is beautiful and clean with everything set up perfectly - there were even coals for the barbecue. Natasha was very responsive and flexible regarding check in and out. I would definitely recommend the place if you're looking for a lovely weekend away with lots of friends or a big family.

Had a great stay for Easter weekend with our two little ones. We had a nightmare journey down and Matthew allowed us to alter our booking very last minute which was very kind! We really appreciated this. Communication was great throughout our stay. 5 minute drive from Deal seafront / castle. House was perfect for what we needed. Was the first time our little girl had stayed in a cot in her own room! 🙌🏼 Success! Would highly recommend Matthew’s place. Thanks again!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

The property is very well kept and feels more like a home than an Airbnb. Plenty of space to park and a comfy bed for all that stayed. We had an issue with leaking water above the boiler but Sat and her team of maintenance guys came around straight away and resolved the issue promptly. Sat is extremely responsive to any questions or queries. Wouldn't hesitate is choosing this property again if I'm working in the area.

Awesome stay, with a big group, all felt at home instantly ( parents, siblings, kids and dogs). Could not have imagined a better stay, kitchen fully equipped to cook large meals, great location, Sandwich is a lovely town, kids and dogs could play in the garden. A lot of thought to detail that made the place feel like home
