Villa Zaza, Oasis in Untouched Nature

Our beautiful estate is located cca 40 km from Zagreb, in Zagorje, one of the most colourful regions of continental Croatia. Estate lies on a wonderful 2.000 m2 piece of land and is full of extraordinary plants, trees and flowers. Orientation of the estate is SW-W which gives the guests both - a lot of sun during the day and an astonishing view with the sunset. Three main points of the estate are main villa, swimming pool and rustical guest house. Main villa is surrounded by the two spacious terraces that enter the ground floor with dining table for ten, nice, fully equiped kitchen and a huge living room with the fire place. Bella Vista corner with five comfortable armchairs is situated on a west part of the ground floor - the view and the sunset are breathtaking! On the first floor one can find the master bedroom with the huge terrace, nice jacuzzy bathroom and a smaller room with a pull- out sofa for two. On the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed, bathroom with the massage shower, and a lobby with an antique writing table and pull out soffa for two. Swimming pool is 8,5 x 4,5 m, equipped with the swimming machine and the solar shower. The swimming pool is open from 1.5.-15.10. Guest house is close to the swimming pool. It's a rustic house with the large porch. It has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a very nice bedroom on the second floor that overlooks the swimming pool. The estate is situated in a very quiet and relexing area full of small cities, villages with domestic food products and historical castles. At the same time it is very close to Croatian capital Zagreb (30 minutes by car), to Croatian seaside (less than two hours by car) or to Plitvice lakes (90 minutes by car). COOKING Daily cooking,cleaning service can be additionaly organised by our Nada who is very good in preparing domestic specialities. Come and enjoy! This is a real paradise in any time of the year!

Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. The house is located near the Maksimir Park, just a 10 minute drive from the city center, home to great options for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and more.

Prostran apartman u potkrovlju s velikom natkrivenom terasom za objedovanje i druženje te s balkonom s kojeg se pruža pogled na prirodu. Na raspolaganju je i arboretum s mnoštvom ukrasnog bilja, sjenicom te prostorom za kavu, čitanje i roštiljanje. Kuća je smještena u Parku prirode Medvednica, u čijoj su blizini Specijalna bolnica za medicinsku rehabilitaciju te bazeni s termalnom, ljekovitom vodom. Gostima je na raspolaganju i kućna teretana i dva sportska bicikla. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli.

We can arrange a taxi pick up/drop off at the airport, with additional charge, and also provide a parking lot in a private garage, 100 meters from the apartment, free of charge.

Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.
